Absolutely wonderful cottage! The view out the back windows every morning was breath taking. Super peaceful and relaxing!

Fredonna’s place was delightfully cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful-filled stay. Highly recommended.

The house was better than what it looked on the photos. It’s the best location on White Head since it is beside a very nice sandy beach. There’s another even more beautiful sand beach within 20 minutes walk (not accessible by road) where we spent a lot of time. The house is fully equipped and we liked the fact that it was still full of the presence of the family that inhabited it. It felt warm and comfortable. It’s obvious that the owner is working on the place to make it even better. There are new washer/dryer, new windows and porch, etc. We had wonderful weather and we were always amazed by the coming in and out of the foggy clouds on the island. The landscape was very interesting to watch, with birds and seals, rocks, shells and urchins. Vaneessa was always available for any questions or help.

Harbor View Cottage is a wonderful house. Michelle and her husband have done such a great job doing all the renovations, collecting all the beautiful furniture and lots of personal details. The view from the house is wonderful and you can enjoy this view with a coffee sitting on the spacious deck. Coffee and other groceries are well provided. We had a marvellous couple of days.

The host was so easy to work with and my schedule had shifted and she was open to the change of days (even suggested it), which made the experience all the easier. The house is close to the downtown area, pretty easily walkable if you are there during the summer, and the street has always been quiet.

Our stay was fantastic! The property offers breathtaking views, and the cabin’s quaint charm, along with the occasional critters, added to the rustic, nature-filled experience. Our dogs loved having plenty of space to explore. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise—it was the perfect way to start the day. The main house had everything we needed, and the kitchen was so well-stocked we barely needed anything from our trailer. The lobster pot was a highlight! However, the only downside was the furniture. Everything from the patio to the living room and beds was uncomfortable, making it hard to relax, especially after a few days.

This was a great experience and stay! The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed. The heaters in each room were very helpful and appreciated! The fog horns were faint which was nice so they didn't disturb us during our time at the cottage. This cottage was very hospitable and we are glad that we were able to stay there! Thank you for making our vacation special!

Will definitely come back .. a lovely old house in a very quiet street just made our stay so relaxing .. kitchen was well equipped. Dennis even brought wood and paper to light a fire outside ., I would highly recommend this place .. 👍

Just such a beautiful location! The room was perfect for our weekend stay with super comfy beds, lots of space, nice kitchen area. Staying here is a great home base for exploring the area! Unique place to stay unlike any place we’ve stayed before! The views are breathtaking!

Unique, and historic! The room was much bigger than anticipated. I love that we had access to the observation tower. There were yard games and magazines available for communal use, which was also just such a nice touch. The kitchen had everything you could've needed (utensil and appliance-wise). Waking up and watching the sunrise from the observation tower with PJ's on and a coffee in hand was the PERFECT welcome to the East Coast. Opening the window in the tower to hear the sounds of the birds on the water, to feel the cool breeze from the ocean, and to smell the salt in the air, were some things that I'll just never forget. The drive to the lighthouse is short, and if you were in the mood for a moderate walk, you may even be able to walk it. The views from the lighthouse are just amazing. There is a stairway to take you down to the water, where we found cool rocks, tiny crabs, and we even saw a harbor seal! I would absolutely stay here again. It was well worth every dime!

A beautiful, peaceful stay in Lubec! We hope to come back someday and rent the large main cabin as well. It is a great location to relax by the beach and explore Campobello Island. The pictures were accurate but just an FYI for anyone who has a someone who snores or has kids in the family- the two bedrooms are only separated by an open doorway and a curtain - you can hear everything from the other room. 😆

We had a lovely stay in Joan’s Airbnb! In town visiting family, this was the perfect home away from home. Amazing view, comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped (we cooked several meals) and lots of extras included like freshly baked bread and local vendor wares….plus spices and 1/2 and 1/2, coffee and more! Joan was very responsive and helpful! Eastport is a great little town and we were in walking distance of downtown New Year’s Eve festivities! We highly recommend Joan’s place!

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever! Sherri’s place was perfect! Comfortable, spotless, fully equipped, tasteful, fresh and quiet! The pictures really don’t do it justice. So happy that I trusted the reviews of her other guests as we couldn’t have been happier with the place. Lubec is also the quintessential Maine coastal town that we had been looking forward to experiencing. We also enjoyed being able to go the nearby fitness center nearly every day… small but nice and staff is incredibly friendly. The town is small but quaint with a lovely cafe filled with friendly locals and a pub with great music even if it closed by 5:00!😂. Also loved going to the Inn at the Wharf. The food was very good and the drinks very reasonably priced. Hope was the best waitress … so friendly and helpful. Went there three times trying to get the steamed clams and finally succeeded after a tip off from her. The setting there is also perfect. Thank you for sharing this small piece of heaven!

The cabin is great! The scenery is beautiful. We spent most of our time out on the deck watching for seals and enjoying the birds. We only had a few questions about the cabin and John responded quickly and in a friendly fashion. I felt the description of the cabin matched the reality. It was a great place to unwind. We hope to stay there again.

We booked this space for my parents from South Africa and they had a delightful stay at Eastport. The hospitality from our host,Janet, enhanced our experience. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and we could not wish for a more attentative host. The unit was pristine clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Janet- thank you for taking care of us in the way you did.

Another great and peaceful stay at this little cottage. A great place to escape to. Will be back after it's winter break!!!

We had a great time staying at Bob's place. There were ample beds for our large group, a well-stocked kitchen, and cozy living room to spend time together. We enjoyed walking down to the lake and the beautiful views! Would absolutely stay again.

This place is beyond words! Spent 4 days...booked 7 for next year. What a gem! Beachcombing, on your own private cove, the setting, the view... saw habour porpoise, seal, eagles and of course lots of deer. An incredible getaway to disconnect. Only wanted to stay longer! The place is simply perfect! Even the fog is fascinating and atmospheric. Never slept better! Thanks Ashley! Much appreciated...see you next year Deer Island and Chocolate Cove! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We came up for a friend’s wedding and loved the area so much we are already talking about coming back next year. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, peaceful, and quaint location. Useful kitchen with pots, pans and utensils available. Many very nice easy hikes nearby with wonderful views.
