Absolutely wonderful cottage! The view out the back windows every morning was breath taking. Super peaceful and relaxing!

The house was better than what it looked on the photos. It’s the best location on White Head since it is beside a very nice sandy beach. There’s another even more beautiful sand beach within 20 minutes walk (not accessible by road) where we spent a lot of time. The house is fully equipped and we liked the fact that it was still full of the presence of the family that inhabited it. It felt warm and comfortable. It’s obvious that the owner is working on the place to make it even better. There are new washer/dryer, new windows and porch, etc. We had wonderful weather and we were always amazed by the coming in and out of the foggy clouds on the island. The landscape was very interesting to watch, with birds and seals, rocks, shells and urchins. Vaneessa was always available for any questions or help.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s cozy home! She was a wonderful host allowing us to check-in early, and even turning on the heat before our arrival. Thank you!

June's place is is in a great location. 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive to the ferry. The beds are comfortable and there is a great spot to sit out front under the apple tree. This is our second time at June's and she is the most responsive host, quickly answering any questions you might have. The kitchen is well equipped with full sized fridge, stove and washer/ dryer which is useful during longer stays. You will love the character of the cottage.

Great getaway with an old friend to hiking the Quoddy Head and Culter Preserve Trails, without being so far out of Machias that it felt isolated. House was warm, comfortable, great view, well stocked kitchen, clear instructions and communications, etc. Also, dog friendly--had a long leash ready on the deck, dog dishes in the cupboard, etc. I'd love to come back again!

Our stay was fantastic! The property offers breathtaking views, and the cabin’s quaint charm, along with the occasional critters, added to the rustic, nature-filled experience. Our dogs loved having plenty of space to explore. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise—it was the perfect way to start the day. The main house had everything we needed, and the kitchen was so well-stocked we barely needed anything from our trailer. The lobster pot was a highlight! However, the only downside was the furniture. Everything from the patio to the living room and beds was uncomfortable, making it hard to relax, especially after a few days.

This is such an ideal place to get away and leave all your worries behind :) We have two children (2 and 7) and they loved it here! The yard space and scenery is beautiful for children or pets and the view is also quite lovely. Walking distance to the beautiful deep cove beach was another plus! Can't wait to come back in the Summer and try the outdoor shower - which would be perfect for rinsing off the sand before entering the lovely homey living quarters! 10/10 for sure, would highly recommend and we will absolutely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed in Wanda's place. It is clean, comfortable, and cozy. The beach is withing walking distance and the house has views of the water across the street. The market in Lubec is a quick drive. Wanda is friendly and quickly responds to any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The directions were perfect, the house was exactly as advertised (maybe even better), the views took our breath away. It was such a beautiful location. An incredible place if you're looking to rest and restore. Absolutely private yet close to restaurants and attractions. Great place if you like to hike and commune with nature. Of course, you have to tear yourself away from the haven that is your own personal paradise perched high above shore where you can sit on your own covered deck with a fine glass of wine and watch the majestic blue herons swoop by, and the silence is only broken by the call of the gulls - heck, we even got to watch a bald eagle perch at the top of a nearby tree to check us out. Thank you, Andy, for sharing such a special place!

Enjoyed this comfortable cabin right on the lake with a great deck for watching the sunrise or practicing yoga. The beach area offered a dock, sand and kayaks/ canoe.

We booked this space for my parents from South Africa and they had a delightful stay at Eastport. The hospitality from our host,Janet, enhanced our experience. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and we could not wish for a more attentative host. The unit was pristine clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Great location! The view overlooking the water was beautiful. The house is close enough to downtown that it's easy to walk to the breakwater and shops, but it's far enough away so that you don't hear any of the hubbub (we were there over the Fourth of July). The house was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Thanks!

We have stayed here before a couple years back and would absolutely stay again! It’s such a lovely spot, with lots of useful amenities and cozy little touches that make the place unique and extra enjoyable. The location is great, the price is very fair, and the hosts are easy to get in touch with and very responsive and friendly. Thanks for another fantastic stay!

I booked this cottage for a group of guys working on a local construction project. They had everything they needed for a comfortable stay near their work site.

We had a lovely stay in Joan’s Airbnb! In town visiting family, this was the perfect home away from home. Amazing view, comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped (we cooked several meals) and lots of extras included like freshly baked bread and local vendor wares….plus spices and 1/2 and 1/2, coffee and more! Joan was very responsive and helpful! Eastport is a great little town and we were in walking distance of downtown New Year’s Eve festivities! We highly recommend Joan’s place!
