Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist super gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, es hatte mehr als genug Tücher, Shampoo, Seife… Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Wir können das Appartment jedem empfehlen.

We loved the layout, the condo is very private. We enjoyed the fresh air when we opened up all the windows and sliding doors, the breeze coming through screens. We spent a lot of time reading/napping on the roof top terrace, lovely breeze. We so enjoyed the pool, almost every day we spent time there. Everyone is so friendly. I was very pleased with this condo and hope to return soon!

Great location! Lots of bars and restaurante around the area. Place looks exactly like the pictures, on top of that, the host was amazing! Very respectful, communicative and provided us with lots of recommendations when asked

We just had a great stay. Everything is as pictured and described. We were very comfortable. Having the large bottled water was great amenity has we brought our water bottles from home. The nearby restaurants are very walkable and cute. We liked the feel of Calle 38 over the busier 5th Ave but both are fun. Parking was easy and plentiful. The pool and beach are lovely.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

We were delighted with our stay in every way. The house is beautiful, tastefully furnished, well equipped and well located, with several nice restaurants within walking distance. Beds are super comfy and the outside space is delightful. There are no surprises except pleasant ones! Thanks so much for hosting us in your lovely home. Highly recommended.

Great location and very clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Check in was way easier than previous places I stayed at in playa which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. The internet went down once, but it was a regional issue from the internet company and the host was extremely responsive and sent someone to check it out in less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed with how responsive the host was! As others have mentioned, the bedroom facing the Main Street can get loud at night (which is to be expected since it’s a bustling street and part of the appeal is the proximity to the home), so if noise at night bothers you, use a different room or bring ear plugs. Beach was a quick walk away. Air conditioning worked very well. The TV in the living room was very nice and made for a lovely evening in after dinner. We didn’t use the pool but it was also available in the apartment complex. I would recommend booking. Looks better than the photos.

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa Nuba. I’ve stayed in airbnbs all around the world and this was one of my favorites. The home has everything you could need and we felt immediately at home and safe. They provided two cribs for our small children and the available high chair was very helpful. The pool is so beautiful and the perfect backdrop for family photos. We loved the outdoor jungle shower and all the recs Alex and Ralph shared with us. We used the provided concierge service for a private chef and a couples massage at the home. A fantastic getaway for our entire fam!

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Absolutely phenomenal home. Will definitely be my go to next time we come to Tulum. Mirko is very responsible and responsive. One of the first Airbnb in Tulum with tons of very well deserved reviews. Lots of construction going on but honestly that is all over Tulum. Don’t hesitate just book it. Walk to restaurants and bank and town. Taxi to beach and cenotes or watering holes. They have a taxi that works with the house and he is well priced. Comes for you and picks you up pretty much 24 hours as far as we could tell. An amazing experience. Thank you.

Nothing like arriving at some place and feeling that it was prepared to receive and welcome you warmly. That is how we felt when we get to the Kaan 204. The property is well maintained and Saúl, the concierge made everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Tha staff at Quadra Aléa is kind, professional and extremely efficient. You can notice it by how well taken care of the common areas are (gardens, pools, gym, outdoors terraces), perfect! The condo is at walking distance from basically anything you might need during your stay. We definitely would look forward to staying at any unit managed by Matt.

Daniel is a great host, very honest and generous in his communication. The place is a perfect little hideout for a solo traveler or a couple, with great A/C, a reasonably comfortable bed, a stocked kitchen, and newer appliances. If you're diving with one of the operators at Marina Fonatur (like Dive with Martin or Tres Pelicanos, both of whom I've worked with and are great) this place is ideal...1 mile to the South, easy to get back-and-forth (you'll need a car--which you can rent from Daniel if you like--or a scooter or something). Anyways, can't say enough about how easy Daniel was to work with. Will definitely return!!

Our five-adults Jan 2025 family vacation was enjoyed by all! The 3 br villa has comfy beds, great sheets and towels, tons of beach towels, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. House is beautifully appointed w Mexican decor, lovely stained glass windows, plenty of seating, including loungers and table/chairs for 2nd floor patio. We bought charcoal and grilled twice on the Weber kettle. Pool cleaned every morning and is 6 steps from the screen door, and gardens are lovely with plenty of seating in sun or shade. Sunsets on the beach and snorkeling right in front were perfect. Daily maid service 5-star! We had an issue when the fridge/freezer malfunctioned, and onsite maintenance came within moments, and then onsite manager bought a replacement which was delivered within 24 hours! Amazing service!! We couldn't ask for a better experience with the staff. Plenty of parking, and there is a gate. We always felt safe and comfy. Do not hesitate to book!
