Jessica and Sebastian were fantastic hosts! I rented the entire property for my daughter’s first birthday and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. The property was accurately described in the listing and the environment was absolutely beautiful. Communication was top tier (5 minutes or less to respond) and they went above and beyond to accommodate our groups needs. Would highly recommend Arkah for your next stay!

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Great spot in the jungle, but close to everything by car — groceries, restaurants and beach. Vickie gave great recommendations and was very friendly. The private cenote was fun to hang out in. The projector and screen were nice to have at night. Place was clean, surroundings were tranquil.

The villa was perfect for our group! Loved having a main house and 2 casitas on the property. Loved the style of the home. AC worked great! Had some initial issues with WiFi that were addressed quickly. Pool was perfect. The kitchen and grill were ideal for us preparing large meals for our group of 10+ people. Property is private and a bit of a ways from the downtown. So you can walk, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Only issue we encountered was with construction on the street outside the villa. Tulum in general is undergoing construction at an alarming rate, so unfortunately we did not have access to the road for 24 hours. We were able to find a work around with the help of the hosts and property manager (Orlando). BIG THANKS for being so responsive and proactive, without their help we would have been in trouble. Hopefully this construction is finished so that no future stays are impacted.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly hosts. Kitchen had coffee maker, electric kettle and other conveniences. Notably, the hosts provided a 5 gallon unopened water cooler jug and that was much appreciated! Beds were adequately comfortable, with clean linens and towels. I slept like a rock-could hear peaceful jungle and rain sounds.

Thanks you Kris! Had a good time overall. Upstairs couple would argue all day, that’s unfortunate but your place was very welcoming and felt like home.

Nancy's place was beautiful for a week in Tulum. Nancy was very helpful in all questions we had. Walking around was very safe, there is amazing food all within walking distance. We rented a car to get to the beaches and to explore outside the average tourist zones and it was amazing! We will definitely stay again ❤️ perfect for our family of 5, and the teenagers loved it.

Olivia was a wonderful host and her apartment was a beautiful retreat for our family. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment complex was a great blend for our teenager and younger child with pools and a playground, and we loved walking across the street every night for delicious gelato. Just a short walk to town, we loved taking daily adventures. Highly recommend.

The stay was really great and we were very happy with the apartment and the facilities. The price-performance ratio is top! The check-in was very pleasant and uncomplicated and we were warmly welcomed by Luis Daniel. He was an extremely helpful host who helped us promptly with any questions we had. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and practically furnished. Unfortunately, it was a bit dark in the apartment at night. There was no light in the kitchen, which I think could be improved. We were provided with enough towels for our 8 day stay. The whole complex, the pool and the apartment were very clean. Only the cleanliness of the bathroom/shower could be improved a bit. The residence is large, but you still feel comfortable and it is quiet. I recommend renting a car to make it easier to get around. I can recommend the apartment to anyone and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Ahi te va : Recomiendo totalmente el lugar. Cuando voy a tulum siempre busco a Liz como host y esta fue una excelente recomendación que me hizo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario y fue perfecto para estar lo suficientemente cerca del barrio mas bonito de Tulum y de la playa en la zona hotelera sin padecer del ruido y el ajetreo. Para transportarme liz me ayudó a rentar un scooter a muy buena tarifa y también hay un sitio de taxis en el hotel mistiq que se encuentra a unas cuadras. Ahi mismo hay dos restaurantes deliciosos que tienen que probar!!! Lo que más me enamoró fue la terraza, subi a comer ahi todos los días y el jacuzzi al atardecer es lo máximo. Los ruidos de construcción fueron mínimos, no fue un problema. Sin duda volveré

Had a great stay at Mereh's place! The grounds and pool area were lovely. It is in a bit of a quiet area so transportation is necessary. We were fine riding bikes into town and the beach area. There is a new road (not far from the condo) from Aldea Zama to the beach which was great for riding the bikes as there was no traffic at all. The communication from Mereh was great and he was very helpful with recommendations.

We had a great stay. Na house is a great basecamp to explore Tulum. I loved the style of the cabin. Even though there are four cabins next to each other in the property, it still feels private. Construction is a reality everywhere in Tulum, so there's no escaping it. I would only note directions could have been much more precise.

Może to nie jest miejsce dla wszystkich, ale dla nas było cudowne. To jest raj na ziemi i spelnienie moich marzeń o pobycie w dżungli. Codziennie masz kontakt z dzikimi zwierzętami, jak małpy, ptaki, piękne motyle, legwan. Do tego na posesji jest prywatny cenot, gdzie codziennie możesz pływać i jesteś tam tylko sam. Christiam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Jest bardzo przyjazny. Przepiękna oaza z dala od turytecznego ruchu. Ale na tyle blisko od sklepów, miasteczka, restauracji i barów, że poradziliśmy sobie bez samochodu przez 3 dni. ❤️

Just amazing. Nothing else to say then book it now and don't wait one more second if you feel drawn to this place ! It's magical. In the middle of the jungle, away from the craziness of the town. Patricio and everybody involved in this project are beautiful lovely souls, always there to help you out or give you a ride. Everything about this place is magical. If you're visiting Tulum for the whole hipster spiritual phenomena and for partying unconsciously and continue destroying the little bit of nature and authenticity remaining there don't even bother (or maybe do and this will teach you something!). This place is for people who want to make different choices and put the money in the right places to embody the change and help the planet be a better, more conscious place.

The place is absolutely stunning. You can completely unwind. Just sitting in the hammock and staring into the jungle was magical. All amenities were great in the kitchen, nice hot showers, and beautiful pool! The only thing was despite it appearing to have full bars of wifi we were unable to open a single page of the internet. This is a perk if you want to be analog, just plan your outtings when out in the town centre, and download movies (if you want that), when you can connect to a cafe wifi/cell data. But it was a tad frustrating the first night not being able to research what was around.
