Architectural digest worthy treehouse of sorts, in the heart of Cozumel. Hardwood furniture and cedar create a lovely space. Just The bedroom has very cold ac. Big, full kitchen. Delicious breakfast included daily.

You can not find a better located place! It`s close to the "main" streets but so tucked away on a backstreet so you dont here the tourist or late night clubs when you are sleeping,really nice to have your own roof terrace ni the morning and evenings,you dont have to go in just because you got home,small gourmet park just 100m away wiyh different food trucks a nice bar and calm coditions,they close at midnight every night so you dont here them either. Javier is great aswell easy fast contact on whapp and overall a really nice guy!The place is like in the pictures,good AC and fast wifi. If i ever go back to Mexico,this is were i´m gonna live. Highly recommended!

we loved the Apartment. You have everything you need. It was very clean. There is a lot of space. I wished I could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful, unique location we stayed in the city, so it was nice to have a couple days out in the jungle definitely will return!! The hosts are amazing!! It’s easier to find before it gets dark. After that super easy to find. Recommend for a break away from the fast pace life.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Holly’s apartment. We found it incredibly walkable to the main touristy areas but enough off the beaten path that we were able to enjoy some tranquility at night and in the mornings. The 72 beach is within 10 mins walk and it’s one of the nicer and less crowded public beaches. There are some incredible restaurants close by like Tropical Tacos and P’tit Shoux. You’re also within 15 mins walk to a supermarket. The rooftop pool is small and the roof is never crowded. The folks in the building were super kind. We did have a minor issue when we arrived that holly was incredibly responsive to and she exceeded our expectations in her response and solution focused attitude. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Sandro‘s place is cute, quaint and rustic - great for the digital nomad who wants to live in simplicity. My favorite thing about this place is the little patio right outside the front door, which I spent many days working from and having my morning coffee on. The Wi-Fi is fast-enough for basic tasks including video calls. The property is very safe, with a locked gate leading into the patio area, another locked gate on the front door, a lock on the bedroom door, and a safe inside the bedroom. It’s on a relatively quiet street (compared to La Quinta) and the neighbor that lived above me, was also respectful and quiet, which shows that Sandro selects good people to stay in his places. I was also grateful for the gas stove and the full-size fridge. (This seems like a weird thing to say but so many places in Mexico only have silly little mini fridges.) Sandro’s staff are friendly and, most importantly, they respond immediately to issues you may have. Thank you Sandro for the experience!

We had a great couple of nights at Martha's place. Gustavo, her on-site assistant was very helpful, and Martha was also reachable and very flexible, e.g, we could leave our belongings after the official checkout time with no problems. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, even with some snorkeling gear that we could use. My only issue was the loud fan noise coming from outside in the mornings, assumedly from the AC of the ground-floor restaurant. Otherwise, dedpite being centrally located, the place is quiet and peaceful.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

La estancia fue muy agradable, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y tuvo toda la disposición, el lugar muy agradable lo recomiendo y sin dudar regresaría nuevamente.

La casa es increíble, muy espaciosa y con hamaca incluida. Esta lejos de la zona turística pero cuesta unos 70 pesos ir en taxi. Lo bueno es que es una zona tranquila y tiene playa esmeralda y otra mas muy cerca que son muy bonitas. Los dueños muy rápidos y amables ya que les pedimos unos favores y nos aceptaron sin problema Nosotros por nuestra parte tuvimos en descuido con la limpieza en la casa pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo y se solucionó rápidamente Muy recomendado

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

We felt right at home at Maribel's place. It was clean, and comfortable, peaceful, and private. We would definitely stay again.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

We had a beautiful week-long stay with 3 couples and enjoyed the house immensely. Even though it is between 2 resorts we had our own place and pool and could walk right out to the beach which was quiet and clean. We enjoyed being able to be with each other and not be separated by our rooms like a hotel/resort. We were able to rent buggies and get groceries and cook for ourselves which saved a lot on eating out. The daily housekeeping service was a huge bonus and very appreciated as they cleaned the kitchen, swept/mopped the floors and cleaned up the bedrooms and bathrooms daily. Coline was very helpful in arranging a for local chefs to come in one night and prepare a fantastic meal and also arranged for massage therapists to come to the house. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and beach. We all needed a week to chill so it was low key and homey. Thanks for sharing with us.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the cruise ships coming in. Taxis are easy to get into the square, about 100-150 pesos. Walkable to Oxo convenience store and a really good Cafe Coco for coffee and breakfast. Gorgeous pool! Host was always extremely responsive.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

la communication avec l'hôte ainsi que son homme de confiance était parfaite. Etant un habitué de PDC j'avais choisi cet apt pour son emplacement idealement situé. le rooftop était sublime. En matinée, en après-midi ou en soirée pour un bon repas avec vue sur la mer et Cozumel...magique. les salles de bain impeccable et l'eau chaude abondante, comme a la maison. une cuisine fonctionnel pour y preparer les repas, rien ne manque. Nous y retournerons assurément. Mon meilleur bnb qualité/ prix

We had a great stay here and agree with the other great reviews. We had lived in Playa for 10 yrs before leaving in 2018 so we were familiar with the strategic location - close to lil cheddaurai, restaurants, shops, right by 5th avenue. But we were thrilled to discover how quiet the apt was on the backside of the building facing only greenery and swaying palm trees. We could hear the music and voices at the kitchen window if open. But closed, it didn’t penetrate the condo. We never needed the AC in the living room with the fans and breezes from the terrace. Highly recommend!

A few hiccups to start but Monica worked with her team to get everything in order as best she could. Great neighborhood close to beaches restaurants and supermarkets. Great location and walkable neighborhoods.

Alejandro was very kind and responsive. The apartment is small but had everything I needed. All areas of the apartment were clean and all appliances were in good working order. The area is secured and a short distance from the main tourist area. The apartment complex is quiet and has a working lift. Overall I enjoyed staying at Maria’s apartment. Thank you Alejandro for your responsiveness.
