The house was as described. Beautiful fenced in back yard for dogs to run around. Beautiful view of sunrise over tge water. Nice private beach with dock. Very open layout. We were there with 5 adults and three dogs. When we come back to Traverse City this would be the place I'd stat.

James’s place is a great location in Leland. It’s very walkable to town. I very much enjoyed and utilized the accessible shoreline spot on Lake Leelanau. I would definitely stay there again.

Jeff's house was the perfect home away from home for our family to experience our very first white Christmas. Thank you, Jeff! The house was absolutely perfect—beautiful, with stunning views and located just minutes from iconic spots. We went snow tubing at Tumbelee and took a short drive to the coziest little town, full of charming stores, delicious restaurants, and more. The town's Christmas tree was the cherry on top of an already magical experience. The entire trip felt like a fairytale. If you're considering visiting, don’t hesitate—this amazing town and Jeff’s wonderful home are a must. We can’t wait to return. Thank you again, and Happy New Year!

Terrific host!

Immensely enjoyed our time at the Cabin. It has a lovely view of Spider lake and the cabin comes with 5 kayaks, which was great. The two cabins are comfy and have all the features and amenities one needs in a cabin up north. Chris was a very responsive host, attentive to our requests and made us feel at home right away in the cabin.

Angela and Jason were just terrific Hosts! They were very responsive and easy going! Our stay felt more like a grounding retreat! The amenities and shared spaces were perfect for small groups. My favorite spot was the wooden swing at sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand and my warm throw. That view is just so beautiful!! It was exactly what the kids and i needed after a crazy week of going back to school! My boys loved kayaking. They packed their fishing gear and set off first thing in the am. We loved the pontoon as well! It was nice to take out the whole family on it as the kiddos enjoyed the tube! We docked at the sand bar and the kids got to swim in 2feet of pristine water! After soaking up the sun, we came in to bbq off the deck and later enjoyed s'mores around the bonfire. We were mesmerized by the stars in the sky! There were so many of them! I could get used to Waking up in the morning to a view like that! We will definitely be visiting again!

We didn’t expect such privacy and seclusion on this amazing property! Beautiful everything! The wildlife and views were remarkable! Our 9 year old and 7 year old had the time of their life! Will be back for sure!

Definitely a top 3 experience for us! We loved the condo & location so much, we’re planning our next trip back! Owner is very kind, responsive, helpful, and organized! We didn’t feel lost about anything upon arrival or during our stay!

The place was nice. difficulty getting in the condo. Lots of keys! love the pool, hot tub, and the bay. The patio area was awesome for sunrises. The air conditioning did not work do well. Turned the air to 68 or 70 and woke up in the middle of the night to it being 76. Doesn't seem that the circulation was good. carpets are a little dirty and stained.

We stayed during the off season so it was priced right! This place was beautiful and the views were amazing. Great location. No problems. I would stay again for sure.

We had a great experience booking last minute with Schmidt Rogers. The place was beautiful and just as described. Directions for checking in and out were very clear. Location was perfect and easy to get to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Traverse City.

Liked the location being on the water, and not too far from downtown. It was a quiet atmosphere both outside and in the building. Unit was comfortable.

Excellent second stay at Daniel’s place. Great fishing spot on lake, sandy beach, fire pit, table tennis, and board games for our kids.

Our stay was amazing. Very peaceful and beautiful. We have stayed there before but I had forgotten that the home and location were wonderful. Our host is the very best that we have had in our thirty years of traveling to the area. She has every amenity necessary and is very quick to answer any questions. The views from the home are spectacular! I can't say enough to praise our host and the location. It is truly an AMAZING place to stay!

Everything was as described, very clean, and the view out to the water was beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck, hanging out by the water, and taking advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. We really appreciated the proximity to downtown and walked downtown several times. The living spaces were very comfortable for our extended family, and we especially appreciated the large table where we had family meals. We had a wonderful stay!

Best place we’ve rented. Better than the pictures and the house was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, towels, hand soap & detergent. Would definitely rent again. Fabulous home for large groups.

overall, it was a pleasent stay. All the question were responded in a quick time, location was super great which just near by the lake.

Had an amazing time at the house. We were there for Winter break and gazing at the beautiful lake throughout the day was breathtaking. Had a very relaxing and restful time, the house is super cozy and my family got to enjoy plenty of pickle ball matches. Recommend visiting at anytime in the year, you won’t regret it.

The location of the house was close to restaurants, shopping, wineries and outdoor activities. We could easily explore the peninsula and Traverse City from this house. It had a beautiful view of the lake and was warm, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. It felt well taken care of inside and out. The drive way was plowed twice during our stay. The welcome binder was well done and answered any questions we had about the area and the house! We would definitely stay here again!

Dave and Jen were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. They worked hard to keep the inside and outside clean and accessible, which was appreciated given the heavy snow. Great place!
