We stayed 7 nights at Crabtree #3 and loved it. You can’t beat the clean white sand beach & crystal blue waters in your front yard! And best snorkeling on island with puffer fish, octopus, barracuda & lots of colorful fish even in waist-deep water. We saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time. House was wonderful!!!- only the bedrooms are air conditioned and living room gets hot (and we’re from Texas). Restaurants are “ok” and pricey. Cooked most meals, but grocery store is pricey - $10 butter, $7 shredded chz. Rented a golf cart which is needed IMO. WiFi is fast (I had to work). On scuba dive - my 13 yr old saw a 12’ Hammerhead at 90’ & loved “the wall.” He caught a 15 lb blue fin tuna, smaller mackerel, alabacore and two barracuda. Typically catch ~10 fish on deep sea fishing trips but happy. Local dogs & donkeys are friendly. We felt safe - slept with doors open / screens locked. Overall the most peaceful vacation ever!

This place is off by itself, but that made it perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Only thing that was a concern is hot water. If you have a big group, spread out shower time to allow the heater to recover. Really loved the place, location, outdoor furniture and area. If we go back to Turks, we’ll stay there again.

Joe was a great host. We lost our flight to Grand Turk because of a delay with our flight from Miami. Joe worked with us and helped in every way he could. His house is amazing, and It’ll be even better when all the renovations are done. We had an amazing time in Grand Turk. If you are looking for beautiful sunsets, beautiful views, peace and quiet, and tranquility overall, this is the perfect spot. We will definitely be back once all the renovations are completed. We loved staying at the Sunflower Villa! The house was clean and roomy and we spent a lot of time on the covered patio. The beach was right outside the door and the sunsets were beautiful! It was so helpful that O’Neil, a local person, picked us up from the airport and took us back. He was available to answer any questions during our stay through messaging and phone calls. The only thing we were surprised about was the price of groceries. But it is understandable since everything arrives by ship. The island is perfect if you want a laidback vacation and like meeting the local people and exploring the island on your own. We used a golf cart that Katy reserved for us and it was waiting for us at the airport as well. The cruise port is a fun place to go for shopping and restaurants when ships are in. We would definitely go back after having such a great experience! Thank you Katy and Nisso for sharing your home with us!

Trip was 3/23 - 3/30/25 I canceled because of the warnings that the government issued and then I was like what the hell am going so I rebooked it they were awesome about it. I can’t say enough about Teresa she gave me all the local spots. It was amazing & then I was afraid to drive the golf cart because you gotta drive on other side of the road & she laughed & she’s like you’ll be fine and I explored & explored from the port all the way to the lighthouse and every little spot in between God, best time of my life. Don’t worry about safety The only thing you’ll see is wild donkeys, horses, & dogs everybody on the island is friendly. Teresa collects the conch shells & I bought some to bring home however as I am exploring & I’m all by myself I find conch shells like 54 of them to be exact and I collected them and I put them in the golf cart &I brought them back for her. ❤️ best part the staircase that goes down to the ocean in the backyard. Lovely cottage with stunning view over beach & out to sea. West facing so fantastic sunsets every night. Views are even better than photographs. Gate opens on to beach with good swimming. Saw flamingoes, pelicans, ospreys, frigate birds and rays jumping out of sea while we were sitting on patio. Nice and quiet location and only short trip to restaurants, supermarket and bars (walkable but we would not recommend walking around residential areas of island because some of the many feral dogs can be tricky). Tara was exceptionally responsive and really helped us out within minutes of our request when we were struggling to arrange a taxi. Cottage is extremely well equipped with really comfy beds and effective A/C. Good value for money compared to rest of island. Definitely recommend Salty Cottage.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, with the most stunning ocean views and sunsets that look like a postcard. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee on the porch with the sea breeze was pure magic. The host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. From great local recommendations to little thoughtful touches throughout the space, they truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape in Grand Turk, this is the place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Marc and Patsy were PHENOMENAL! The listing is as exactly as described! Clean, cozy, and comfortable! Combined with the natural relaxing ambiance of the island, this is a place you may never want to leave. What made the experience even better was Marc and Patsy as people! Marc took us on a tour of the island on our first day. Patsy thoughtfully got a gift for my son in honor of his birthday and stocked the fridge and pantry with snacks and basic groceries. You really could not ask for better hosts than these two. Their dogs are also the friendliest and sweetest dogs ever. I can’t sing their praises enough. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend them to anyone that may be on the fence. You absolutely won’t regret it!

We had an amazing vacation at flamingo villas. It was so easy for us to settle in and relax. The property is exactly as shown. It’s two floors with the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor and a patio door to the porch and stairs to the small shared pool. The pool is small but it’s cleaned daily and it was enough for our two boys. If you’re concerned about the size of the pool don’t be, the ocean is just steps away. Access to the beach isn’t the best but once you hit the sand it’s worth it. You can walk the beach to a less rocky area in less than a minute. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare our meals and a table for four. The living space is spacious with a love seat and oversized single chair with a tv. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with its own patio and direct access to a 3 pcs bathroom. There are beaches, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk in either direction. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the whole island.

We felt like royalty staying at Love Villas. Our 5* treatment began with Yohamna picking us up EARLY from the airport (we were scheduled to arrive at 5:00p but were able to catch a 2:30p flight) with hardly any notice. I was expecting her to simply drop us off at the villa but instead, she took us for a tour of the island. When we finally reached the villa, it was in perfect condition. Everything was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need for our 5 night stay. The kitchen is fully stocked so if you choose to cook on your own instead of dining out, you can easily do so. Even their knives are sharpened! Communication with Richard or Joshi (the property manager) was easy. The Wifi was great, and having a full size washer and dryer was invaluable. We did not utilize it but there are even two outdoor grills available. There is one bad part about Love Villa; leaving. You won't want to but if you can muster the strength to do so when it's time, STAY THERE! It is paradise.

Loved that the beach was pretty much empty the whole time. Saw so many different wild animals, including a sea turtle, sea urchin, anemone, and lots of fish (including barracuda!!) and shark, as well as an osprey with a fish in its talons (!!) Navigating food was harder. Glad that we brought rice and beans. We shopped at Sunny Foods (better avocados and mangoes) and the Safeway ( more like the stores in the US). Was glad to have the full kitchen at Sea Sun to cook. That said, we enjoyed eating at the Ridge Cafe and having a drink and a a swim at the Sandbar Loved the pool, the outdoor shower, and the bedroom ac. Would def stay again

Beautiful place! We had a short but wonderful stay at Villa Azul. DJ was great resource for all things on Grand Turk. Our kids loved the pool, beach and games in the house. We highly recommend!

Nate and Lucy were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Since this was our first time on the island, we had many questions. They gave us great recommendations and options for places to eat, shop, relax, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Love Villas and Richard and Yohama are absolutely everything! Richard picked us up at the airport, showed us around the island, and responded to every question we had during our stay, including restaurant recommendations, sight seeing, and directions on where to see flamingos and where the best snorkeling spots are. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including eggs and milk and fruit and a baguette and even a bottle of wine! We booked Love Villas after staying next door during a previous trip. The top floor Villa is private, with sliding doors that open the entire living room to an expansive, waterfront view of the gorgeous turquoise waters of Grand Turk. Richard is the best host we have ever stayed with. We are already planning our return trip, but word is getting out and Richard is booked a year in advance! If your date is available, book now! Richard transformed our visit to this gorgeous island by providing a car for exploring. Incredibly safe, gorgeous, & peaceful!

Great beachfront place! Walkable to restaurants but away from crowds. Comes with friendly donkey, cat, and dog visitors!

What a sensational location and everything you needed. The screened balcony was a bonus to enjoy the amazing view.
