Matt’s place was cosy and perfect for a few days in Oxford. It looked like the photos but keep in mind the wide lens camera used makes the space look bigger than it actually is. Matt’s check in instructions, FAQ and physical welcome packet have a ton of information you might need, and he responds quickly if you have any questions. From first booking, to first interaction and throughout my 2 week stay with Ben and Frances, the whole stay was simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, loads of help offerred, responsive, flexible with everthing and just a delight to rent from. That the rental space itself was simply everything I could have wished for, made this a fantastic fortnight. I’ll absolutely be looking to rent when back in the UK in the future!

Louisa is a fantastic host and very welcoming, She kept in touch throughout our stay. The Annexe is beautifully well kept, with everything you need. it's like home from home. we will certainly be staying again on our return to Oxford.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is clean, tidy and fully equipped. It has beautiful views and surroundings. Peter, Yanti, and Alexander were really responsive before and during my stay - they are great hosts and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Good bus services into Oxford and we were able to park at the apartment throughout our stay. Communication with Tom was excellent, he was able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended, thank you Tom.

Great location- close to Oxford but in pretty woodland with great walks nearby. House is lovely with well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and furnishings. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

A fantastic property for a family get together. A well stocked kitchen made catering for a large group easy. There were plenty of bathrooms. The sitting room warmed up nicely once the fire got going.

Lovely little house in a perfect location for the village where we have family who we were visiting. Everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Gregg left us a few welcome extras which were very much appreciated. We needed a little extra time on the day we checked out and Gregg was very accommodating allowing us a couple of extra hours, making our last day so much easier. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Neil's home for 5 nights. The apartment was really great, had everything you need, the apartment is looked after extremely well in a very nice location, very private and able to make it you own, would highly recommend if staying in the area. Thanks Neil's for the accommodation, I had a great stay.

Tara and Lee's flat is located in a lovely town not so far from the city of Aylesbury where you can find anything you need, various supermarkets and stores. Waddesdon is surrounded by a large green area with many trees and fields, ideal for running or walking. The flat is over the description made by its owners, it's simply perfect, well studied in every detail, well furnished with whatever you need. Large spaces, well illuminated and comfortable. Tara and Lee are very professional hosts because they took care of us and our needs although we didn't meet them. We had good communication. We definitely suggest Tara and Lee's flat to all families or groups of friends who want to spent some days in tranquillity but not far from many cities we visited like Oxford, Cambridge and London itself. We also planned some days in the Cotswold area where many lovely small towns are worth of visiting.

My stay was excellent, comfortable and smooth. Petra was such a lovely host, I only wish i met her in person to tell her this myself. She communicated so well. I would highly recommended and plan on coming back

I stayed here for a few days. I had a lovely stay and the place was in the middle of the hub giving great access to amenities. Milton Keynes was a lovely town and being so close to the centre made the stay more pleasant! The rooms were extremely comfortable and a booklet was present in the room giving instructions for the various bits and bobs in the place.

The best place I've stayed, everything you could need and more, beautiful place, plenty of parking, supercomfy superking bed, excellent shower, everything you need in the kitchen, comfy lounge area and a beautiful garden, I can highly recommend this place and I will be returning when I'm next in the area

Jilly and David were brilliant hosts. From the moment we booked, they were really responsive to any questions and gave great directions. They were so welcoming when we arrived and, when we saw the apartment, it was perfect for us. I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!
