This place is way better than the photos give it justice, and the fireplace at the property is on of the best I’ve ever seen in my life, and its something I really value in an air bnb. The place has so much character, and the grounds are quite simply stunning, incredibly tranquil, a top quality jacuzzi, which is away from view of the property and very private! It’s one of the most value for money places I’ve ever been on Airbnb and Sally is a gem of a person too, funny, smart, informative and there if you need her! I will 100% be recommending this place to people and I will definitely return. 10/10 👌🏻

This is their home and it was lovely and cosy, full of everything we needed to entertain our close family over the weekend. Gorgeous gardens and a bountiful cherry plum tree - great for crumbles and with yoghurt! The instructions were clear verbally and in person, and later in WA messages so we navigated around things easily. Blissful week. Even the Moto GP didn't spoil things - we foolishly hadn't realised it was on during that weekend.

Brilliant place for a chilled getaway for the night. Loved the hot tub and meeting all the animals. Would definitely recommend to others. Lynden was also a great host who was very helpful and made sure we had the best time!

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Liz's house. She has been very kind and really helped us enjoy our stay at her place. House was clean, communication fluent and the garden is amazing. Our kids loved playing the toys in the house

Such a beautiful area , Dave was lovely so kind and helpful , was up for a chat at any time and went out of he’s way to help us . The place itself was so cosy and peaceful and the views were amazing . Will definitely be recommending and coming back .

Would highly recommend this little Airbnb. The host sally is amazing and will cater to your every need, the walks around are gorgeous and can’t forget the amazing garden she has. Would defintly not hesitate to book again.

Fred's place was the perfect place for our getaway with friends last weekend. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of space for us all to relax together in multiple different views. We were lucky to have nice weather which made the views from the place amazing. Thank you very much for a great stay, would definitely recommend staying to anyone else

We had a fantastic stay on Alan’s narrow boat. He was super helpful - met us at the train station, showed us everything about the boat, with a few pieces of life wisdom thrown in for good measure! The boat was very comfortable, and my kids loved the novelty of staying there. Alan made sure the fire was blazing so we were cosy and warm. Starting the engine to get the 240v power running was easypeasy! Thanks for a great and unique stay!

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location just off the main High Street. Lovely interior decoration and nice little touches throughout. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brill and this little cottage is a gem, right in the heart of the village. It was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The communications from Christopher and Emma were clear and timely and the joining and checkout instructions were clear and understandable. It’s a beautiful little cottage and we will certainly look to stay again next time we are in Brill.

Lovely hosts and extremely generous with little treats and fridge staples. Super comfy sofa and bed, perfect for the relaxing stay I needed! I loved the log burner and they provided the perfect amount of wood for the length of stay. Situated in beautiful countryside, offering lovely local walks and also a great rural option for those wanting to commute as I managed to meet up with friends in local towns/cities easily. 10 out of 10!

Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

My boys and I had a wonderful stay at Barley Cottage. Stephen and Philip are amazing hosts, super friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and great conversation. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the shower was great. Water Newton is an idyllic little village just a stones throw from Peterborough, but a world away! We loved every minute of our time there.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Fantastic location, would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

Everything was perfect for us, we were truly blown away when we arrived and looked round. Highly highly recommend
