We had a lovely relaxing stay. The property has lots of character, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our hosts were very warm and helpful. It was a pleasant walk along a gravel path through Port Meadow into the centre of Oxford via Jericho, the student area. We found a lovely cake shop there! The Ashmolean museum didn't disappoint and I can highly recommend the free highlights tour at 11 am each day. All in all, we had a great time in spite of the grey skies.

The home was clean, cosy, and exactly as described. “The view from the balcony was breath-taking” or “The location was perfect, just minutes from great restaurants and attractions.”] The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

My children fell in love with the cottage. It was warm and cosy and very well equipped for young children. They loved the mezzanine bed and massive luxury bath. It was the easiest bath and bed time I have had in a long time as they were the ones to instigate it. Karen and her family were warm hosts and there was so much to do at the property. It was a perfect family getaway and just what we were looking for.

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

This was the perfect place for a chill weekend with friends to celebrate my birthday. It was a good balance of social and private spaces!

A really lovely hideaway for a few days. Fully equipped with everything we needed plus a fantastically huge telly and surround sound! Great location with excellent pub across the road and some good walks on the doorstep. Pete and Rachel were welcoming and very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Caroline and Roger's- situated in beautiful, peaceful grounds with amazing views of the surrounding countryside, and the property was very clean, cosy, spacious and well-equipped. We felt very welcome, they are really friendly hosts. A great base for walking, as well as the Foxton Locks and Naseby Civil War battlefield and memorials. Market Harborough is a lovely town and not far by car, as are other historic houses and gardens, but unfortunately at this time of year they were all closed. We would happily go back and stay at the property again in the Spring/Summer to explore. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Windmill farm! We spent our Christmas break here and it was just the perfect setting. Chickens would greet you everyday and the kids were able to roam around and see the animals, the ‘reindeer’ were a hit! Thank you so much!

This was our 2nd time at Sarah’s place and it was simply stunning. Great amenities, beautiful look, very spacious and peaceful. A stunning place to get away from it all.

Chestnut Lodge was a beautiful find. We absolutely loved staying here, the cold winter months were no match for the cosyness of the log burner and thick bedding. It very much felt like staying in our own hobbit hole. Everything we needed for our stay was outlined before we arrived and further details were given in the handy booklet left out on arrival. We didn't get to meet Vicky unfortunately, however we spoke with Ben when he came to check on us and I can honestly say he might have been the nicest person I've ever met, with the biggest smile. So we definitely felt most welcome. Vicky's lovely lemon and coffee cakes were much appreciated after our drive to the lodge. If you book the lodge, bring wellington boots! We brought our walking boots thinking they'd be fine for the walk to and from the car, but soon decided to go buy wellies! The compost loo is a good bit of fun, don't be put off by a lack of flush. We'd absolutely come back, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked this for my partners birthday present, we could not wait to arrive from the pictures it looked incredible but to our surprise we was even more stunned when we got there it was so beautiful. loved the finishing touches from decor to the fairy lights. our highlight was definitely feeding the sheep and it was all so cosy even with a cold evening we had we spent every hour outside by the fire cooking burgers listening to music and soaking in the lovely views and of course the hot tub. we cannot wait to return again soon. Lindsay was an incredible host and always quick to reply we wasn't sure if we was originally able to make the trip but we are so grateful we could and now have some incredible memories of such a gorgeous little place. thank you again 💓

Really enjoyed my overnight stay. Very clean. Lots of extras you would not expect. Eg Toast and jam available. Tea and cake! Good shower. Worth the price.

Excellent stay in this peaceful spot. We felt right at home. Cosy bed and it was perfect size accommodation for me and my dog Tiggs. Gardens were beautiful and so peaceful. In the morning it was so idyllic. Victoria was a fab host and super friendly. The cake on arrival was gorgeous and even offered me a cooked breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Ed and Tracey were great hosts and the property was lovely. Super comfortable with everything you would need for a night’s stay. We were at an event at the golf club down the road so the location was perfect and Ed even gave us a lift to get the car back from the club in the morning!

We stayed in the cottage for a few night's. The location was delightful and private. The cottage had more than enough room for the wife and I to relax and unwind. Susan has gone above and beyond to provide guests with everything they need. You can see Susan has a good eye for design with all the added extras they makes the stay that more special. Worth every penny and we will definitely be recommending to all families and friends, hopefully we will be back maybe try the barn or loft as they looked amazing.......... amazing conversion, brilliant little stay away. comfortable warm and an awesome shower, close to some lovely restaurants and local culture.

From first booking, to first interaction and throughout my 2 week stay with Ben and Frances, the whole stay was simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, loads of help offerred, responsive, flexible with everthing and just a delight to rent from. That the rental space itself was simply everything I could have wished for, made this a fantastic fortnight. I’ll absolutely be looking to rent when back in the UK in the future!

We had an amazing time here, so private but a very short drive to get to the shops. The walks were beautiful and couldn’t have been better, right on our doorstep without having to drive anywhere. The cottage was clean and VERY cosy and Sally is very friendly. Hot tub is perfect with a beautiful sitting area next to it and provided with towels, sliders, and robes too. Would come back anytime, highly recommend.

Great studio apartment to explore the north Cotswolds from. Stunning setting, comfy bed, great shower.
