Great place to stay, everything was with In walking distance. The fob didn’t work to get in but the host responded quickly and provided a pin number and instructions to see reception so they can reprogram it. We never did that because we had the pin number and we never saw anyone at the reception desk. We are planning another trip next year and will stay here again if it’s available.

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Stunning apartment, with a great selection of books and cool and unique artwork to look at. Comfortable bed and great sized bath/shower. communication was excellent. The estate itself is stunning to have a walk around with a yummy coffee from the cafe on site. We also used the spa, which was just to the left of the flat, really great customer service there, they left us to relax and we just had to ring a bell for any assistance. It's actually one of the cleanest spas I've been too and felt really special to have it to ourselves, I was given a discount code for the spa when booking this flat, which I thought was kind. Had a truly lovely and relaxed weekend with my boyfriend, some lovely pubs not too far and also Cambridge was only a 30 minute drive.

Loved the stay! Very central, Clean and super lovely vibe! I love noise but it is right on the city centre so maybe not for the super light sleepers but perfect for me! (Don’t worry it wasn’t super loud! The place was very modern but still comfortable. Really comfortable beds and great shower!

The designs of the rooms were gorgeous, easy on the eyes, minimal and classic. It felt right at home. I definitely enjoyed spending time in the living room with Sidra and Freya, the adorable and ever relaxed german shepherd. We had late night movies and conversations. She became a great friend and has always been a superhost. There are cute cafes nearby, def try grumpy cook. They make good cappuccinos and pancakes. It was also convenient to do grocery as sainsbury is nearby, about 5-6 minute walk. No problem going to the centre as well, bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. Train station is less than 10 mins by bus. Overall, lovely and comfortable stay. Will definitely visit Sidra and Freya soon.

Chris was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The flat was perfect for my stay and enabled me to explore St Albans and reach London very easily. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for us. We were at the Silverstone Grand Prix. The house was a short walk to the track. After being in the fresh air all day it was great to be able to walk home and not sit in traffic. Also Oxford is only a short trip.

Amazing Stay at Goose Farm – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Goose Farm! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views took our breath away. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm itself is a dream for nature lovers. We enjoyed watching the animals, taking serene walks around the grounds, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a real retreat, yet close to nearby villages and attractions for day trips. I can’t recommend Goose Farm highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle

We had a lovely relaxing weekend, enjoying the hot tub in the garden and peaceful places for walks right on the doorstep. The house is spacious and spotless with everything you need provided.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were without accommodations at 5:00 pm on a Monday evening and they responded immediately to our request to stay at their place. Loved the inviting and quirky feel. Washer and dryer was a big plus.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights at Joseph's place. It's in a beautiful location, and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely recommend to others! The only issues we had were the bedding on the super king was scratchy and uncomfortable, and the kitchen wasn't quite up to scratch in terms of cleanliness when we checked in (Olives left in fridge, oven needed a quick scrub).

Barnaby was excellent at communicating and answering all of our questions both ahead of and during our stay. He even went to the trouble of setting up a Christmas tree for our daughter during our stay. There were a handful of items for us when we arrived that made our first day especially lovely (butter, milk, cheese, mince pies, a bottle of wine, etc.). The flat itself was exactly as described, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very well furnished, the beds comfortable, and the wood burning fireplace and heated floors made for an exceptional stay. We will definitely be coming back as this place felt like a home away from home.

We had an absolutely fab stay at the house for our girls’ weekend!! Lucy was a very responsive host - she provided lots of information in advance and also responded quickly to a couple of questions I asked once we had arrived. The house is fantastic - all bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable, 4 clean bathrooms (plus 1 extra loo) and the barn was such a good space for a group to socialise in! We also enjoyed sitting outside in the garden in the beautiful weather and doing a walk around the local area. Plenty of fridge space for big groups and enough cutlery, plates, etc. Space for lots of cars too. Thank you!
