Justine’s place was just as advertised! We came here for a funeral for one of family members and even though it was sad to be here for that purpose - her Airbnb was a comfort for our family! I was born and raised here in South Bend, however I live in North Carolina and this home was perfect for us during our stay here.

We met here with college friends and their families and had a wonderful time. There is a wide variety of books, games, and activities; we really didn’t need to bring our own! The hosts were very responsive and even drove out with trash bags when we messaged that we couldn’t find any. Highly recommend!

Jacson's place was great for a large group! Tons of space for activities, and it was so nice having 2 separate common areas with couches. We loved the hottub and gymnasium! Easily fit 8 in the hottub. The gym and a few of the bedrooms were chilly, but when dressed right, it was totally manageable! We had 16 adults stay for a retreat and only those in king beds had to share. We had a great time and would love to come back!

We had a great time here! Sleeps 6 adults comfortably and the basement area worked out for the kids! The backyard with pool and hot tub is top notch! The house is only about 10-12 minute drive to New Buffalo and about 0.5 mile walk to beach access. We had a great stay!

Beautiful home ! We enjoyed the Christmas holiday with our grandchildren. There was plenty of room for 14 people.

My 5 girlfriends and I came for a weekend getaway. The home was beautiful and well appointed. There was PLENTY of space for everyone. Everything we needed was provided, from enough towels, kitchenware, down to a welcome basket. The hot tub was warm and ready for us a well as the fire pit. The only drawback was that they were in front of the house facing the main road. For this reason, we didn't use them. We wished that there was more privacy covering the front yard. In spite of this, we still had a wonderful time and would HIGHLY recommend Brian's home for your future stay.

I had the pleasure of spending 3 months at this site and I'm more than happy that I found this gem. Kathleen and Colin really put thought and effort to make their place a home away from home. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Having a workout area indoors is a rare find. They were not overbearing nor did they just pop up unannounced. They were great at communication and very respectful of my time and privacy. Ambience: Relaxing, no clutter, and everything is easy to find. Open floor concept in the kitchen, dining and living room made the space feel roomy. Furniture was up to date and well kept. Kitchen/Fridge/Pantry: They have everything needed to make a kitchen functional and accommodating for one's lifestyle. Bathroom/ Laundry: Both in the same area but I didn't feel like I was in a tight space. Plenty of white towels and wash clothes within reach but I never needed those. Bedroom: I loved the memory form mattress. Plenty of closet and drawer space.

My friends and I had the easiest, most peaceful stay here! The way the home is set up with everything you need from plentiful kitchen appliances, dishes, spices, to every bathroom necessity makes you feel like you’re right at home. Our host provided extensive details in the home and a list of recommendations for the area. This home was very accommodating for the two dogs included on my trip as well, especially having the fenced area and treats for the pups. Carla was very communicative when house issues came up and very thorough through the entire stay. Definitely recommend and would love to come stay here again!
