Stayed at Brandon’s place for a Girls Trip. The place was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable after hiking and shopping all day. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was stocked. If visiting Sedona again, we will definitely stay at Brandon’s place. Thanks Brandon for being a great host!

This home is located in the mountains in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a quaint home with beautiful antique decor ! The entire house was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This home had more amenities than most air b&b places we have stayed in. There’s also nice seating area outside, for warmer weather. I had planned to do some schoolwork on the computer but pages wouldn’t load due to low speed. However, it is mentioned on the listing. I am just mentioning it here incase you are hoping to get work done via WiFi. Eva & Tina were very kind to give us an early c/in and we really appreciated it. They were very responsive and we have nothing negative to say. We highly recommend this home for your next stay.

We loved this Airbnb! We went up for spring break and this house was perfect for our family. It had 3 full size bathrooms, two of which had giant showers and a great tub. The bedrooms were perfect, we loved the shuffle board, ping pong games, and the wrap around deck was excellent for relaxing and enjoying the view. This house is also in a nice quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and local stores.

Stephanie was great! She answered all of my questions and requests in a very timely manner. “Cottonwood Retreat,” was perfect! The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated and had all the features we needed to feel at home. We were able to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. We brought our dogs with us and that was great! This was our first time in the area and perfectly located for day trips to Sedona. Walmart was close by and plenty of dining options, if needed. Freeway close, too! This was the first visit but it won’t be the last. We hope to visit annually (Spring and/or Fall) and will stay at Stephanie’s place if it’s available. Fingers crossed! We loved our stay here. Very peaceful and quiet. The animals nearby and beautiful view at night were the best part. 😍

This Airbnb is located in an area that has limited lodging options. I am a home hospice nurse who sometimes needs to be close by for patients in remote areas. This was a great option for a safe, clean, and comfortable accommodation near Bagdad. The owners left their farm fresh eggs in the fridge for breakfast. Clean linens, towels, local restaurant menus. Property is gated, I had no safety concerns at all. Would 100% recommend and will plan to use in the future if ever necessary again!
