We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly friendly, responsible, and easy to communicate with. During our stay over Christmas, they even set up a Christmas tree in the room, which added such a festive touch! There were a few heavy snowfalls while we were there, and the host took great care to clear the snow from the front door and the path to the parking area promptly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

great place, would stay again

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The home was fully decorated and furnished. A real home. Not stark and cold like many airbnbs. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfy with nice linens. Lots of lamps for warm lighting. The kitchen had everything a normal home would have. The fact that Julie lives down the street gave me an added sense of security. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Stayed in both units and the smaller one was just as perfect and the larger unit. Never needed anything because the place had everything you’d need. Very roomy and comfortable and would definitely stay again!!

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

Our family weekend at The Independence was nothing short of perfect. Check in was seamless and communication on point. This place was the absolute cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed in. You couldn't ask to be closer to the town center, there are so many great restaurants and shopping spots within walking distance. If we need to visit the area again I absolutely would love to book here, it was home away from home for us. Thank you, Tiffany!

Ashley’s home worked out great for our family’s 4-day trip to Muncie. The house and amenities were exactly as described and the home was super clean when we arrived. The WiFi and smart tvs worked great and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to make meals. The game room was a huge plus, and we had fun playing air hockey and foosball with our boys. The neighborhood is quiet, seemed very safe, and conveniently located. Would absolutely rent again.

It was a great stay! Nice location near a park and within walking distance to restaurants. Place was clean and had adequate essentials. Perfect for what we were looking for on our trip. Anna also was very communicative and helpful.

Came into town to visit family and had a wonderful stay. Helpful instructions. Well stocked. Clean and so incredibly comfortable for our group. Cannot praise more! Would stay here again in a heartbeat in the future!
