We stayed at Julie's place while visiting the Arc Encounter. It was the perfect place to come relax after the encounter. We enjoyed the cleanliness, tons of fresh towels, the hot tub and the coffee, hot cocoa and tea selection. The location was close to local restaurants that we enjoyed. Every room in the home had it's own theme and I so enjoyed the decor and the gentle reminders of love throughout. The furniture was so comfy and we played family games our first night. It was worth the investment

Our family of 5 had a great time. The house is perfect for a family. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable, and lots of games to choose from in the house. We enjoyed the quick drive to the Ark Encounter and the Cincinnati Zoo. The home is peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very responsive and proactive. There was an issue with the dishwasher before we arrived. She let me know and provided all paper goods necessary for us while we were there. Everything you need for a trip away is provided in the home. We would stay again!

Amazing place to stay. The views were beautiful and the house was exactly as pictured. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Every detail was as described. The place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen has all the utensils needed and then some. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with clean towels and wash cloths. The bedrooms were cozy and had extra blankets. To top it off, the view is very nice. We would recommend this place.

This property was good for us visiting The Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. The house was clean and beds comfortable. Very cozy. The only problem we had was getting the main TV to work. There was a tv in the bedroom, so we used that one.

Scott’s place was just what our family needed to spend a weekend and go to the Ark and celebrate Christmas! It had plenty of room to stretch out and the best part they accept dogs!!!! Would definitely recommend Scott’s place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The host was very helpful and responsive. House was very spacious and clean with very nice decor. The bottom level with the kids room was decorated so cute and they had a blast in their room with bunks! I highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit the Ark Encounter (7 minute drive away) or the Creation Museum which was only approximately 43-45 minutes away.

The river view apartment in New Richmond was absolutely stunning. The host was super kind and even came right over to help us work the fireplace. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The place was very clean and it looked just like the photos. The house and kitchen were well appointed. It is close to the ARK Encounter, literally within 10 minutes. A wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the area.

This was our second experience staying with this host. Last time we stayed in a different unit and it was terrific. This time was no different, extremely clean, well organized well labeled, everything functioned beautifully. We loved the view over the lake and we felt very warmly welcomed by the host. The closing instructions were simple and feedback from the host was usually within a minute or two of our original posting. We would definitely go back to this property in the future and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Bobbie!

This place was as expected and advertised. Easy parking and easy access to Ark Encounter which was the purpose for the stay . Bobbie was great , we forgot one of our bags and she called us asap and we were able to get back and retrieve it . Thankyou

This place is so cute — tastefully lake themed. The outdoor space is phenomenal. Everything was there, accessible and spotless. My only thought is to be mindful of the actual size of the house. It “sleeps” 5, but that would be crowded. The pictures are accurate, but they do make the space appear bigger. Having said that, I would come back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to friends and family. Gorgeous spot and excellent host. Thanks!

We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

When I was on my way there I was excited. I arrived and the place met my expectations, my only minor note is the noise the furnace makes. I'm a light sleeper, so this made us move to the other room. We thought it was incradibly clean, and having a family here would be easily managable.

Tonya was a great host; any time I text her she responded right away! The place was clean, cozy and we felt right at home! She took great care of us! We had a wonderful stay this weekend! Tracy was SUPER helpful and answered questions quickly! We loved having fires down on the dock and my husband did a little fishing! It was great to site out in the screened in patio and watch tv! One thing I will mention is that the TVs are smart TVs and that required us to sign in to our Netflix and ESPN accounts to be able to watch anything. Totally not a big deal for us but for people with cable at home it’s something to think about. Other than that, the size of the beds was a small issue but we made it work! The place was stunning and just as described! Amazing weekend getaway ❤️
