We really enjoyed our stay at the Springer House. The view is incredible and the little balcony overlooking the river was a treat. The large dining room table was perfect for playing cards, games, and catching up with each other. We were a group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) and the space was very accommodating for two couples and kids. Our kids had their own space to hang out with a kitchen and bathroom in the back, while we enjoyed living room in the front. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to booking again for our next family gathering!

I stayed here for 2 weeks on a work trip. This air bnb made it feel more like a vacation. There’s a coffee shop and bar right below and a great view of the river. I would recommend this place to my grandma.

We had a great evening. The atmosphere was warm and invited. The beds were so comfy! Great restaurants all within walkable distance!

We stayed at Julie's place while visiting the Arc Encounter. It was the perfect place to come relax after the encounter. We enjoyed the cleanliness, tons of fresh towels, the hot tub and the coffee, hot cocoa and tea selection. The location was close to local restaurants that we enjoyed. Every room in the home had it's own theme and I so enjoyed the decor and the gentle reminders of love throughout. The furniture was so comfy and we played family games our first night. It was worth the investment

Our family of 5 had a great time. The house is perfect for a family. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable, and lots of games to choose from in the house. We enjoyed the quick drive to the Ark Encounter and the Cincinnati Zoo. The home is peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very responsive and proactive. There was an issue with the dishwasher before we arrived. She let me know and provided all paper goods necessary for us while we were there. Everything you need for a trip away is provided in the home. We would stay again!

If I could give this place SIX stars, I would. There were fun games for our family to play. We enjoyed a breeze on the gazebo. We walked down the hill to see the lake. We slept so well in the comfy beds with room darkening shades.

We had a wonderful time on the lake. It was private and beautiful and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The home was well equipped for the outdoors. We were in town for our kids spring break and wanted to see the Ark Encounter which is not far from the property. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It was great.

Scott’s place was just what our family needed to spend a weekend and go to the Ark and celebrate Christmas! It had plenty of room to stretch out and the best part they accept dogs!!!! Would definitely recommend Scott’s place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay and great experience! The deck is an excellent place to relax, watch the water, read a book or just enjoy family time. The home is clean and fully stocked. We really enjoyed the open kitchen and living room space to be able to socialize while cooking and prepping. The home is a little off the beaten path but so worth it!! It is still very convenient to the Ark and a variety of restaurants. We were very pleased and would stay there again! Thank you Marla for sharing your home with us!!
