Worked great for our girls weekend in Guttenburg!

Looks exactly like pictures. Friendly heads up that if you have bad knees or hips, the stairs are steep and extremely narrow. Flooring felt uneven as well but got used to it. I’m 6’ with long legs but I would suggest a grab bar to step into the tub and some additional weights on the shower curtains as they kept sticking to me which was unpleasant. Mostly quiet, could hear some cars racing down the street overnight and the squirrels running on the roof in the mornings. Oven and microwave worked. A short drive to my weekend destination of Galena, IL. Thank you for preserving this beautiful building!

Cindy's place was amazing! The location was right on the river with a beautiful view from the patio. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and historic! We enjoyed the river walk and heard live music at the brewery within walking distance! We would stay again and will recommend to our family and friends! Tricia

I have stayed several times. I've also stayed in several other local rentals. This is my favorite. Lovely private garden and deck for mild evenings. Much better kitchen than most rentals.

The picture does not do this room justice. Ann and Tom were so nice and such gracious hosts. And the room was wonderful. It had a great work area, a remote fireplace, and a very comfortable bed. And Ann and Tom have the sweetest dog! We felt at home right away, and they made by hubby's first stay in an AirBnB an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend these hosts and their lodgings to single travelers or a couple wanting a comfortable room and a great price!

Morgan's place was nice, it fit our entire group. We were able to come and go easily and walk to most places.

Enjoyed a beautiful place to stay for a few days away. We had exactly what we needed and Jeffrey was quick to respond if we had questions. We look forward to returning!

The place is beautiful! We had a family get together with infants and older folks and everyone was able to get around and safely enjoy the whole space. Both the view and the decor were better than the photos! I highly recommend this cabin!

This place is wonderful. Spotless and adorably decorated, bed were incredibly comfortable with super cozy blankets, an adorable footstool to cuddle when we were missing our pets. A perfect little getaway if you have a small group.

This place is beautiful, peaceful, great location and very CLEAN! Great location. Don’t let the location of the train scare you. I’m a light sleeper and it was actually soothing. Best 2 nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Beds are very supportive and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend at Ashley's house with our two dogs. Pleasantly surprised to see how dog friendly it was--poop bags, milk bones, leashes, toys, crates... we loved that! Our dogs loved running up and down the stairs...we have no stairs at our house haha. We only used the King bedroom--bed was comfortable, appreciated the large room, and two bedside tables with plenty of lighting and outlets. Have had issues as some places with only one table, one outlet etc but not here! Kitchen was well stocked. We only did takeout but you have everything you need here to cook meals and more. We also appreciated the bookshelf with games, books etc. We played a new game which was fun. Location was good, easy to get everywhere, easy to check in and out. We had zero problems and would love to return if it's available next time we're in the area. Maybe when it's warmer and we can take better advantage of her beautiful backyard and front porch! Thanks again!

Needed a landing pad while arranging for long term housing after a move. Perfect for 1-2 people. Very responsive to questions and responded to 1 maintenance call I had while I was out. I had some snow during my stay and was pleasantly surprised to see they had come and shoveled! Definitely will be letting friends and family know to book for future stays.
