The Shady Knoll

The Shady Knoll was created and is managed by a great local Three Rivers Team. We really do care about all our guests in regards to your experience at our vacation rentals as well as your visit to "our neck of the woods". The ‘Knoll’ is located on a secluded and quiet lane only 2 miles from the Sequoia Park entrance and it really is on a Shady Knoll. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices, a blender, and a toaster, everything you would need to prepare meals in-house for those who love to cook. We also provide you with coffee and assorted teas, along with a few complimentary goodies. We provide plenty of local information and tips from your Host including where to go if you just prefer dining out! The bathrooms are always clean with plenty of fresh, clean towels. We also supply you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The beds are all top of the line King size and include all new linens. These beds are comfortable! We also use hypoallergenic pillow and bed protectors for your safety and comfort. The couches and the dining room table are comfortable as well. Yes, there is a large HD-tv and very good Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is good enough to stream movies 24/7 so we provide you with free Netflix! There is a BBQ on the deck and the living room is situated to take in views of the (often) snow-peaked Sierra Mountains. The views from the front and back are some of the best in Three Rivers and each is completely different. Relax on the huge back deck with a panoramic view of Moro Rock and Alta Peak! The small front deck looks over the whole town of Three Rivers. You will have a view of Eagles Peak and you can often hear the Kaweah River in the valley below. Always be on the lookout for photo ops of our local wildlife and those Selfie Shots! During your stay, you will have complete access to the home and privacy as well. If you have any questions or need anything I am available 24/7 however it is not mandatory that we meet. Most people just want privacy and of course a clean and comfortable stay. WE GIVE YOU THAT! COME STAY AT THE 'KNOLL'. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

With easy access to Kings Canyon National Park this peaceful little cottage has it all. Come relax with the whole family and kick your feet up around the outdoor BBQ and watch the hummingbirds. We have board games ,books on the area, toys for children ,badmitten,horseshoes, and croquet. The yard is completely fenced for children and pets . Newer cabin, perfect for families, and only a 5-10 minute drive from the heart of town and lake! This beauty boasts 4 luxurious bedrooms including both a master and junior suite, 3.5 bathrooms (one with tub), living room with gas fireplace, large equipped kitchen, and also a LOFT for the ideal hangout! Additional amenities include a wine fridge, coffee bar, surround sound, stocked laundry room, outdoor patio, and backyard fire pit (seasonal). Garage access and large driveway are perks as well!

Dale the Winery’s Western Camper

The only Airbnb at a winery in the area! Only 25 minutes to the gates of Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks. Glamping experience! Dale is a 1972 Shasta. It has a full sized bed and its own refrigerator. No AC but we are in a very dry climate so even when it’s hot out it does cool down at night. Has a heater. We have a seasonal pool or hot tub but not both. There is a shared kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook. Bbq, griddle, microwave, oils, spices, pots, pans, Keurig, kettle, etc.

Location, location! Charming cabin in the heart of west village, Shaver Lake. Around the corner from dining and shopping in town or even forgotten groceries. The Elderberry Retreat - Dream Location!

This cozy, clean cabin is located in the very popular, east village. A prime location, walking distance to stores, restaurants, and just 1/4 mile to the lake. Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and more! 2 Cottage Getaway near Kings Canyon National Park

This quaint and comfortable cottage is one of the oldest homes in Dunlap. Original wood paneling, handmade doors, and comfortable furniture make it a great place for families and groups of friends to relax. Close by, through a covered BBQ area is a smaller cottage that provides another two bedrooms, bath, and living room. Both cottages have fully equipped kitchens. Enjoy sweeping views of the Sierras across open meadows. A 30 minute drive takes you to Kings Canyon National Park.

Cabin on the River!

Perfect hikers retreat, on the river! Private & shared river spot. Private Balcony. Located conveniently on the main road (HWY 198), 2 minutes from town, just down the road from the White Horse(wedding grounds) and 5 minutes to the park entrance. Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.
