Awesome place for value. Definitely would recommend staying here, especially if you want to be in the heart of everything.

This was a great Airbnb. 7 of us stayed here comfortably (4 adults, 3 kids). The instructions to get into the parking lot, into the building & into our rental itself were clear step-by-step and included pictures. So helpful. The apartment was so clean. The bathrooms smelled of bleach and had clearly been well cleaned. The bedrooms were a good size and very clean. The huge windows and beautiful view of the city was a major bonus. This apt felt very safe, inside a secure building with staff at the front desk. This apt is so close to Grant Park, tons of restaurants and a very short Uber to the museum campus as well. Plus, Target like 1-2 blocks away in case you need anything! Overall, we had a great stay & this Airbnb is definitely a great find. The only (very small) complaint we had is maybe not quite enough towels. We had to reuse 2 for the kids. Some additional ‘extra’ blankets/throws would be nice also, as we always seem to be a little chilly in rentals.

I needed a local place to stay while my apartment was being renovated, and this spot was perfect – homey and very clean! The unit I stayed in was slightly different from the photos, but the decor and layout were similar (as noted in the listing). It's located in a quieter part of River North but still super convenient, with Whole Foods, CVS, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

This place looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean and spacious. The host provided clear instructions as well as photos for everything. The host was responsive and friendly. Close to the United Center and the downtown area. Would stay here again!!

Lovely spacious apartment, we were in Chicago for the marathon and this place was perfect. Travelling downtown was really easy on the blue line. Great host and great communication, thank you!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Jillian's home is the ideal place to stay for a visit to Chicago. The neighborhood is phenomenal and has multiple restaurants, bars, shops, stores, and public transportation options, all within walking distance. The home itself was immaculate and extremely well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked like hotels would be. The rooftop is phenomenal, particularly in the summer when we were there. There's a TV, bar, grill, and even a basketball goal that I enjoyed with our 10-year-old. This is, without a doubt, where we would stay upon a return trip to Chicago.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! Thank you Wendy, Matt, and your co-hosts for helping to make our time in Chicago wonderful!

Great location, space, and communication. Very comfortable. A few of the kitchen items could have used a bit more attention: coffee maker, refrigerator. Otherwise a perfect stay.

We loved this temporary home! The bed was so comfortable and the steam shower was a welcome respite from the winter. We felt comfortable cooking and hanging out. We had everything we needed.

Staying at Kim’s was fantastic! This house is beautiful and was the cleanest place I have stayed. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance and so many just a short drive away. I could tell a lot of time and thought was put into this house. Everything I needed was already available and even things I didn’t think about which was very nice. She was very timely with all of her responses and helped me with any questions I had. I cannot recommend Kim’s house enough! I look forward to hopefully staying here again on future trips to Chicago.

What’s a serene and breathtaking property. The home is very vibrantly adorned with tons of natural light, lush vegetation, earthy and stylish decor. A perfect place to find your center in nature while still being in the heart of a Metropolitan city. The house was responsive, respectful, and was willing to modify my reservation as travel plans changed. 10/10 I would absolutely love to return the next time I find myself in Chicago!

Michael & KP were great hosts - very accommodating, responsive and made themselves available for any needs we had. The clubhouse is very big and clean. Between the hot tub, all the games and the open layout we had a very nice time.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was beautifully furnished, well put together, and looked exactly like the pictures. The vibe was great, and everything exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Patty was exceptionally prompt in her responses. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful with any questions I had prior to and during my stay. The Airbnb is very pretty, probably the nicest house on the block! The kitchen was great to cook in and the rooms were spacious and clean. I think everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were, I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels or Airbnb‘s and I found that the mattress was exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here, as it was accessible to many different areas. I’ll be honest, the train was really loud, but we adjusted pretty quickly to it. And nobody lost sleep over over the train . I highly recommend Patty’s place!

We were so pleased to have found this home! The pictures are accurate, but it feels *even nicer* to stay there. The living/dining area is very comfortable, with big windows, and has inspired me to buy a new sofa... The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with high quality appliances and equipment. In case you're curious, the king bed is memory foam and the queen bed is a spring mattress. The upstairs bath/shower is chilly the way it is set up, but the basement shower is a comfortable alternative. Iulian was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay, which was very convenient and appreciated. When we arrived, it was dark and rainy, so we unloaded in the garage, but otherwise we kept our car in the driveway because you can only open the garage from inside. I hope these details are helpful for those considering a stay!
