Absolutely amazing experience!! We had three generations staying for winter break and the memories will last us a lifetime. Everyone was extremely happy with the place, from grandma (who was beyond ecstatic with a fully stocked kitchen) to two teenage boys (they loved that they could hide in rooms and have space from the rest of us). Family nights were filled with movie nights and of course ping pong championships. And for hikers like myself, all we had to do was just step out the door and the hiking trails were all around, no need to drive. The location is central to tons of activities. The house itself was spotless, comfortable and inviting, nobody wanted to go back home. This is definitely the place to be.

Great communication, even with two days of snow excellent clearance. Definitely recommend 4WD as noted in the listing. Otherwise great place/location for large family gathering! GO BIRDS!

The house was very well equipped and just as described. Well situated to the ice castles which was our destination. The house has a few minor areas that could use improvement but overall a great value. It is perfect for two adult couples and up to 5 children, if planning adults to stay in the 3rd floor bedroom (which is a very cool tween space!) I would recommend an air mattress. The Rec center was a nice place to spend a few hours swimming and playing games in the arcade on Saturday morning and the house is a short walk or drive. Stacey was very responsive and a great host, thank you for sharing the home we had a great family weekend. Take Stacey’s advice and take a right at the bridge rather than following the gps, much easier road.

I absolutely loved my time at the mountain getaway! Richard is a great host, very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. He recommended a great local restaurant just a short drive away. The house is beautiful, very spacious for my party of 4 but could’ve easily fit more of us. The appliances and furniture are recently upgraded but the place still had the feel of a loved cabin. I visited for a ski trip and enjoyed checking out the lodge for dinner/drinks. I’d love to book again in the summer to enjoy sunsets on the deck, check out the pool/clubhouse, go hiking or swim in the nearby rivers. So glad I booked!

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time spent at the farmhouse. Everything was as expected from the listing. The pictures do not do justice for the property. It's beautiful and well maintained. The pool was nice, warm, and clean. There are yard games readily available and a nice fire pit area. Brin and Maria are super responsive and left very detailed instructions on the property for you. Everything you need is there minus food, which is a 12-minute drive towards a few different grocery stores. The hill is so fun to roll down, too! Thank you so much!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

Perfect for our family ski weekend at Mt Sunapee. House was clean and modern and had everything we needed for our stay. Only a short 5-10 drive to the mountain. We will most definitely be back!

We had an amazing family ski weekend at this house! With four young children, finding a place that accommodates everyone can be challenging, but this house was perfect. It had two cribs, which was a huge bonus for us. The open floor plan made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying time together as a family. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes, and there was plenty of space for our entire group to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to Mount Sunapee, making it so easy to hit the slopes. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Reunion House! The home was cozy and charming, and Margaret was a great, responsive host. She went above and beyond to be accommodating for us during a massive snowstorm and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would love to return!

House fit our need was a good location for skiing at Okemo

Fantastic! We had 3 families with kids for a ski vacation and this house was very comfortable for everyone. So much space and lots to do for the kids with pool table, ping pong,, etc. The adults enjoyed the posh sauna. Kitchen was really outfitted with everything you need for mealtime and the layout was well designed.. The photos of the view don’t really capture how grand it is. Finally, Yakov is a great host - very accommodating, friendly and answered any questions quickly and easily. I suppose you could stay closer to the ski areas but the amenities and comfort of this place far outweigh that minor inconvenience and we loved the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks, Yakov, for an awesome stay!

We loved it. Cozy, war and clean. Just the jacuzzi were little to far, wish it was covered. Other than that we just loved it. Would totally come back.

This is my second time staying at Hilary’s home, and for good reason! My family loved gathering by the fireplace everyday, using the hot tub and sauna, and cooking dinners for our group of 8 in the well equipped kitchen every night! Plenty of room for us to spread out. Also love how close it is to the town of Woodstock (adorable with great shopping!) Hilary is very responsive and I am sure we will be back for a 3rd time at some point.

Swallow Hill Manor was beautiful and Dylan was a wonderful host! The house itself is stunning and the surroundings were absolutely idyllic. The property was spacious and appeared just like the listing. I would highly recommend staying here!

The overall experience is good. Just a reminder: the 1st and 2nd floors use separate doors and are not internally connected. However, the location is very close to Okemo and Killington, and the interior decoration is quite good for the price.

The space is great for larger parties to sit together and enjoy dinner or hanging out. In the center of town yet quiet and felt like home away from home. The fireplace and access to firewood was great. Chris was friendly to communicate with and responded quickly. We were all very happy with our stay

Home was warm and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with Kpods and had lots of small appliances to use. His welcome binder was full of useful information. TV Family room was comfortable to hang out with the family and furniture was comfortable. Barbecue grill was a plus for grillig dinner. Home was conveniently close to Mt. Sunappe . We will definitely be returning.

Amazing location, had everything we needed for a cozy cabin for a friends ski weekend. The hot tub was great, clean house with ample space to fit everyone. Nice surround sound for music. Stephen was responsive and helpful! The driveway was plowed and walkway shoveled promptly after a big snow storm. We had a great time!

Perfect house to stay in. Plenty of room for the family and so nice to bring the dogs with us! Super close to sunapee and shopping. Vinnie was so wonderful to work with. Very helpful and very responsive. Would totally stay here again!!!

We stayed for 4 nights to ski at Okemo. The location was great for getting to the mountain and we were able to walk to town. The Moover is a 5 minute walk down the hill and a 5 minute walk up the hill. We took the Moover to the mountain but had my husband pick us up after skiing. The cottage was spacious, clean and we felt at home. We highly recommend the cottage.

Lovely stay!!! She’s not kidding about the AWD or 4WD. One of our cars couldn’t make it up the driveway after it snowed. Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need. The coffee machine really saved us. Thank you and would definitely recommend!
