Great overall accommodation in a nice spot! Happy to go back in the future

From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Very cosy and welcoming. There was a well appointed kitchen and very pleasant dining area, the garden was beautiful with a 'hot tub' which we didn't use and there were plenty of towels and a couple of bathrobes which we did use. Rosemarkie itself is a lovely village which we have visited many times and this house is 2 minutes from a super sandy beach. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

My wife,daughter and her friend Stayed in Rebecca’s lovely cottage for couple nights and couldn’t fault anything.Beautiful cottage and garden with hotub which was great,good location close to shops,bars and restaurants.All round 10/10 and special touch Rebecca arranged to have my daughters birthday balloons set up looking brilliant!would definitely book again!thanks

Capo Farmhouse is a true gem to find. From the clear and accurate pictures you can really see what the house & surrounding area is going to be. What the pics do not convey is how spacious and private the house is. This is an incredible part of the world and using Capo Farmhouse (&cottages) as a base to explore from is an honour. And, if you want to stay close to 'home' the Farmhouse is absolutely the best place to do this. They have a great array of games, the hot tub, the beautiful gardens and lovely walks close by without having to drive. We would highly recommend the Farmhouse and the standout features for us are the cosy feel of the place with the fire on. The ridiculously comfortable beds. The amazing surroundings and how private & peaceful it is. Just remember to take your own coffee!

We had an amazing holiday. Cottage was beautiful. Everything we needed in the cottage. Games room was a bonus! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 teens. Beautiful location. Log burner was lovely in the evening. Fantastic hosts!

My husband and I and our 20 year old daughter had a wonderful stay at Butler Cottage. The estate grounds are amazing with a mix of woodland and farm fields scattered over the hills. We enjoyed daily walks done and along the river. If your animal lovers like we are it was extra special. The Highland cows and sheep add beauty to the scenery, but the deer, hares, pheasants and other birds of prey really add the wow factor. The cottage is full of charm with an old world feel. It’s been very smartly renovated and decorated and is in great condition. We loved the farmhouse style kitchen which is open to a comfortable living room with high ceilings. The built in beds are beautifully done and although on the small side we enjoyed the authentic touch. The wood stoves on each end of the cottage work well to add extra warmth in the evenings. Ross was a gracious host. The place was with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh goods from the farm. He even had the fire started for the hot tub.

Had a great overnight stay. Very helpful and clear instructions given. All the little extras thought of. Wish I wasn’t needing to push on or I would’ve happily stayed another night.

We had a beautiful home from home stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect and an ideal set up for our toddler too. The garden was wonderful to explore and it was ideal to have the woodland paths right on our front door step. The hot tub on the bedroom patio was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The cottage had everything we could have wanted and a well set up kitchen. Lots of do in the local area and an evening spent by the open fire was the perfect was to end the day. Laura was a really attentive host, accommodating our extra requests and meeting us at the property - thanks for a lovely stay we would absolutely love to come back.

Brett was very responsive and really friendly. Her cottage was perfect and very cosy and a stones throw from the beach which our 3 hairy babies loved. We had everything we needed and the perfect weather was a bonus. Would definitely love to come back here - it’s so peaceful- thank you for our amazing stay

Perfect Location, only a few minutes from the town but you feel in the countryside. hosts were amazing. Highly Recommended!

After a week of driving it was lovely to step into the cottage and feel immediately at home. Beautifully furnished and so cosy with the log fire - interesting artwork and books, well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed. Really appreciated the radio too. Lauren was super helpful and friendly and it was lovely to meet her. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch in The Old Bridge Inn (make sure to book as we saw a lot of people being turned away). Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer - will definitely be back. Thank you Lauren and Cat.

A wonderful cottage in an excellent location! The cottage has a great selection of kitchen equipment and utensils, a relaxing lounge with games galore, if you wish, all you need for your stay. The bed was so comfortable which makes such a difference as you get older 🫣 My husband, myself and our two labs had a superb break! We loved the welcome from those that stayed in Seatown too. A fabulous wee cottage and the surrounding area was beautiful. Great base for hill walking and exploring everything Loch Ness has to offer. Kate was very informative from the very beginning, always quick to respond to any queries we had. Loved the welcome items and the little bag of goodies for our dog. Would definitely recommend this little cottage. Thanks again Kate for being so helpful 😃

Wir haben eine super Zeit hier verbracht, unsere Hunde werden den Garten vermissen. Ein super Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge und anschließend in die richtige ruhige Umgebung von Knockbain zurück kommen, traumhaft. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielleicht ist das Wetter beim nächsten Mal nicht so schottisch 😅 Danke für alles

We had a fantastic stay at the Bog Cottage! It is cosy, very warm and homely. The views are amazing. It's a real treat. The kitchen is also well equipped. There are games and books to keep children occupied. We could walk from the cottage directly, along the path and across the sheep fields to get to a little river. A great place to stay to get a break from a busy life!

Great stay in a beautiful cottage, so well equipped and very comfortable in a quiet area. Lovely place so close to the beach my grandson loved it as well. Recommend the Cullen Skink soup at Lily’s Cafe, very tasty

We had a great holliday. Location and the house were both perfect! The house was spotless and everything you need is there. Lots of great walks from the cottage. We all (family with 3 kids) had a wonderfull holiday.

I had a wonderful few days here with my husband and kids aged between 4 and 14. The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. It had everything we could need for our stay, and some! I only wish we had longer to visit. We would love to stay here again.

Findhorn is a beautiful place to stay. And in David’s house we felt right away at home. Especially the fire place was the best I have experienced so far. Easy to light up without fire starters just newspaper and the fire place develops very quickly a cozy warmth. The bathroom is well done. We loved the shower and our 8months old kid loved it as well. The kitchen had everything we needed so for one week you can enjoy nature, watch wild animals and birds, stay at the beach or enjoy walks in nearby pine forests. The next Lidl is not far as well and Forres as a city is very pleasant to walk and enjoy coffee. So we would love to come back soon

The Couthy Cottage was very cozy and we loved it! Super cute and had everything we needed. It was convenient to restaurants, pubs, shops, the train station, and the Blair Castle. Our host Kate was so friendly and drove us to the Highland Games so we wouldn’t have to drive/park. We highly recommend the Couthy Cottage!

Beautiful place, everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay here. Could not recommend any higher. 5 stars

The cottage offers great space for the guests and is in a nice quiet area with pretty surroundings. Simon and the team are friendly and very open and ready to accommodate or offer local suggestions. It took a little to realize you may need to manage the thermometer lest the heat turn off, and don't miss the note about utility charges. They cover a certain amount but could expect around 60 gbp in utility fee for about 4 folks to stay a few nights. Overall we had a great stay here and loved the space for our trip. The heated blankets on the beds were a nice touch to have too.

Such an incredible location! Arrived at night so waking up the following morning to the surrounding was fantastic. Kids had the best time playing the snow and we explored the walking tracks literally outside the cottage. The cottage itself had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable. Such a great escape where we were able to reset and reconnect as a family. We’ll definitely be back in warmer months to experience the bike tracks nearby.
