We had a great stay at The Fern with our two dogs. The secure garden with hot tub was very private and the fields on the site were perfect for our dogs to run around. We loved the puzzle box! Having an EV charger on site was a great feature too, that we made good use of. The space downstairs was very generous and well equipped. The bed upstairs was huge and the view from the window across the site was fantastic, especially at sunrise. Nigel was very friendly and responsive, providing lots of local info for things to do. Thank you for a fab stay!

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet area, cottage was beautiful inside only issues were the damp inside the windows but to be expected from an old property, had plenty of utensils for cooking, very handy to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the cottage aswell, very peaceful weekend away and hot tub was an added bonus

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

We had a lovely weekend break at primrose cottage! So clean and had everything we needed. The beach and restaurant recommendations from Sam were really helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious as well as being cosy, also very well equipped, we loved our stay, we just wish it could of been longer.

Joy and Shaun were perfect hosts, responsive to any questions before we arrived and when we were there. Lovely people. The accommodation was perfect and they went above and beyond in provisioning essentials and lovely little extras. The Lincoln Plum bread is well worth trying. Excellent location for visiting Lincoln (about 20mins drive) and the coast. (About 1 hours drive away) Recommend Papas fish and chips on the pier at Cleethorpes.

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

We had a great time at The Coach House. It has been done to a high standard and was immaculate. The breakfast tray is a nice touch and we were particularly grateful for the chocolate eggs on the tray as we stayed over the Easter weekend. Plenty of walks in the area. If you want a longer walk than the Woodhall Spa trail from Horncastle to Woodhall Spa then back, is a lengthy walk and great for dogs - park here for ease (what 3 words) fermented.motel.entitles

Had a wonderful stay! The place has such a lovely, homely atmosphere - very comfortable, clean, and beautifully kept. Everything was perfect, and I really appreciated the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended

Completely blown away by our short bank holiday stay 😍 The accommodation was beyond my expectations, from a flexible, super easy check in, to a home from home cottage this place has got it all. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s much larger than expected and so peaceful. I really hope to visit again soon. Just what I needed with my mum. Thank you both.

An absolute BEAUT of a place to stay with everything required for an easy and pleasant few days away from home. I was staying for work reasons but it would also be a PERFECT romantic getaway spot - just lovely! And walking distance to the canal and lovely scenery too...

Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with Paula was brilliant and we really appreciated her message asking how we were getting on during our stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. The cottage was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was beautiful. The location was lovely with great cycling routes nearby and we visited Mablethorpe Beach which was a short drive away. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and we will absolutely be visiting again!

Jill’s place was lovely. We had such a cosy, peaceful weekend. The property was super clean. It had everything you’d need. Every room was interesting and comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

Fiona is a great host. The house is lovely, spacious and super clean. The bedrooms all have good size en suites which is great. Kitchen has a very cool feature which is a must see.. I won't spoil that surprise! Although on a train crossing, it is not disturbing, rater it is a unique setting.

An absolute GEM of a place! Copper cottage is immaculately clean! Peggy has extensive knowledge of all the needs of differently abled people and there is plenty of room to move around with a wheelchair or walking stick in the cottage. The Christmas tree field was a bonus to view and walk around - really magical. Our dog loved the local walks and there are great dog friendly cafes etc, nearby. The garden is huge and my daughter enjoyed the swing! My only complaint is that I didn't book it for longer! Do not hesitate to book!

Fantastic place to stay , Louise was welcoming and couldnt do enough for us. Nice location in the countryside and quiet.

This was a fantastic property and was crisp and clean. We were only in the area for a day and it more or less suited our needs. The check in was easy and Kate, from the shop, very pleasant. There was a nice breakfast basket waiting for us and it was lovely and warm. The 2 bedrooms and en suites are almost identical - I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable as they were a bit thin. It was disappointing there wasn’t a walk from the door where we could take the dogs as the main road was too busy. Some lovely walks nearby though so I wouldn’t entertain paying the £5 to hire a fenced field, that was offered.
