Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

It was very cold when we arrived, but the heaters quickly heated up the place. We liked being close to downtown Nevada City which had many charming stores and restaurants. We all liked our beds and they were comfortable. I'd say the full size bed was the most comfortable. You did have to wait awhile for the hot water to kick in. There were plenty of towels. Thank you so much.

we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

Diann was a great host. She even set us hot with a realtor before our stay. The Airbnb was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. We loved how open it was. The bed was unusually comfortable for an Airbnb. The sofa bed was nice too. Ping pong table was super fun. And the dryer was a great amenity since we needed to dry our jackets after getting rained on.

Liked the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom layout is a little unusual. Both bathrooms are adjoining to each other so you need to make sure the door between them is locked. Great responsive host.

Exquisite property. So lucky to be immersed in nature, with trees all around and the lake down below. Lucky to open the accordion windows on a sunny Sat, bringing the outside in, and to also watch the rain from within the glass box on Sun, a beautiful experience.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Stayed for a weekend getaway in the mountains. This property did not disappoint, the backyard area is lovely and we spent plenty of time on the back deck enjoying the birds and quiet of the forest.

Thank you for a perfect little stay! Better than photos, comfy bed/bedding which is often skipped w airbnbs. The best little location in trendy, vibey historical dt. Such a nice surprise of a town and accomodations.

absolutely loved staying here! perfect location, has everything that you need. everything works perfectly, enough blankets and cooking supplies. best location ever too. everything you need is just a short walk away, shops, restaurants and grocery store. will definitely look into staying here again next time i’m in town!

Merry's Garden is a true gem! We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the past 10 years and this is probably the best overall experience we've had. I cannot say enough about how great the space, neighborhood and Merry herself are. Merry is kind and thoughtful. She has thought of every detail imaginable- from clear and frequent communication to signage for the parking space (a great spot!) to little info cards with instructions for amenities, to extra linens, fresh flowers on the little breakfast table....and on and on. The space is charming- It felt cozy and comfortable but was also quite large with everything we needed. The bed was large and very comfy and the views in the many windows were lovely. The place feels like it's out in the country but it was a 5 min walk to town. Merry was flexible and understanding about us coming in unexpectedly late and also worked with us on our checkout time. The price for the charm and quality of this place is a steal. We plan to come back!

This place is great, close enough to walk to down town Nevada city and all its shops/restaurants but still peaceful and private; it’s spacious cozy peaceful and well kept, definitely a good place to land.

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Nice spacious cabin with lots of amenities and peaceful views. Spent 2 nights. Spotless clean, very comfortable beds, and kids enjoyed the board games. Great location, easy access to everything, right off HW 80 and 30 mins away from a snow park. However you can hear some freeway noise from the cabin deck. There is a canal and trail right by the cabin. The canal trail is not accessible via property so you have walk around the property for the entrance few mins away. Excellent host, Jennifer was friendly, always promptly responded to questions, and accommodated booking changes.

Loved this cozy little spot! A very short and charming walk to downtown, and just on the outskirts enough to also feel peaceful and quiet. Easy access to many trails. The space is small but the way Carol arranged everything it didn’t feel tight or crowded - the name “The Nest” is so appropriate. With Airbnbs the plumbing, water pressure, and heating can be a gamble - no complaints on plumbing, even in the midst of winter the water heated up well and had good pressure, and the heating was excellent (I cranked it up night one and had to step outside to cool down it got so warm!). Carol checked in a few times to make sure I had everything I needed, and was so sweet. Absolutely loved this stay and would 100% stay again!
