Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

What a lovely hidden gem, after a few days in busy Rome Giovanni places was exactly what we needed for a few days of relaxation. Closer to Pisa and Florence the apartment has everything we needed and the swimming pool was a bonus, so peaceful and clean. Giovanni very helpful and his home made bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. For certain one our favourite places we been this time in Italy.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! L'appartement de Simone est au milieu de la campagne, entouré d'arbres avec un beau point de vue depuis la terrasse sur les collines environnantes. Il est de plein pied. En octobre, avec un petit gilet, nous avons encore pu prendre des petits -déjeuners sur cette terrasse. La place de parking juste en face de l'appartement est très pratique. Pour visiter Florence, nous nous rendions à un petit parking, à 10 km, au centre de Galluzzo (Piaza Don Pietro Puliti), ensuite avec les bus 36 ou 37 , nous étions en 15 mn au centre de Florence. Pour aller visiter Sienne, il nous a fallu 1 h de voiture. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour : 1 jour à San Gimignano (45 mn de route), 3 jours à Florence, 1 jour à Sienne, 1 jour à Cortona. Il nous a juste manqué du temps pour visiter Pise. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois.

Helt fantastisk hus med massere af charme og personlighed. Så dejligt et hus, at vi overvejer at booke det igen næste år. Regina som stod for huset var virkelig sød og nem at få fat i, ved spørgsmål.

All I can say is wow. This house was amazing it had everything that you needed. It was spotless and had extra blankets and towels. It had loads of household supplies and I really felt like it was a home away from home. The views are spectacular….. like something out of a movie, they really take your breath away. Sharyn was so helpful and gave me great instructions on how to get there and the amenities around the area. Cristina and her son were there to welcome us and were amazing. I can’t thank you enough. We are already planning our next stay for longer.

le logement est magnifique, l'accueil est facile et Simone arrangeant. Nous aurions aimé avoir un grille pain, une cafetière pour 2 personnes (celle fournie permet de faire juste un expresso), un chauffage d'appoint, du wifi accessible dans toute la maison

Die Anlage liegt auf einer größeren Lichtung mitten im Wald. Tag und Nacht völlig abgeschieden und ruhig. Entspannung pur. Gepflegte Anlage. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Toller Pool. 14x7m. Perfekt für ein paar Bahnen oder zum Toben. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Florenz, Pisa, Siena jeweils ca. 60 Autominuten entfernt. In und um San Gimignano gibt es viele Restaurants mit guten toskanischen Gerichten. Häufig ist eine Reservierung erforderlich, wenn man sich gerne abseits der Touristenzentren bewegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Externe Müllentsorgung an nahegelegenen Sammelstellen ist etwas nervig. Laura kümmerte sich bei uns um die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und spricht perfekt Deutsch! Alles in Allem 5 Sterne! Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Silvia and Simone’s place! It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we slept so well. The beautiful terrace was such a treat with amazing views. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days of exploring the nearby hill towns. The location is a perfect base for driving around Tuscany. We were able to drive to Siena, San Gimignano, Certaldo, and Florence very quickly. Silvia was always very responsive and so nice! We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would happily stay there again if we find ourselves back in Tuscany.

We stayed at Rosanna's place for a long weekend. It was absolutely lovely. The surroundings were so peaceful, walking distance to a winery, and clean space. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect as we stayed in and cooked in the evenings. The beds and space in general was very comfortable. It is secluded but within easy driving distance of several small towns and Florence. Rosanna was a wonderful, responsive host. Gave us great recommendations and checked in to make sure we were having a good time and didn't need anything. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to book again.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier! Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, war top! Super freundlich! Das idylische Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen großen Pool, einen riesigen Garten und zwei sehr saubere Küchen. Wir haben dort zu fünft eine Woche verbracht und können nur positives sagen. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Können es Gruppen ab 5 Personen nur weiterempfehlen. Bestes Air BnB das wir je gebucht haben!!!
