David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

We appreciated the opportunity to stay at Alessandro’s beautiful place. Plenty of room and the bedrooms / bathrooms were perfect. Enjoyed time up in the patio and the view of the beautiful Duomo. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere! Thank you Alessandro for your hospitality.

Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

A really beautiful house in a very quiet village - comfy beds and lovely touches to the decor. There is a really friendly restaurant 1 minute away and lovely Argentinian neighbours that invited us in for a coffee - would come back for truffle season

Virkelig dejligt hus hvor vi følte os hjemme med det samme. Smuk udsigt. Louise havde sørget for at der var alt vi skulle bruge da vi rejste med en baby. Hun svarede med det samme på vores spørgsmål og var super hjælpsom og sød. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Alloggio perfetto, ampio con tutto il necessario e un cortile interno in cui rilassarsi. Posizione molto comoda: 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, 10 minuti per lo stadio. Host super gentile. Ha anche sorriso quando l'ho svegliato alle due di notte perché ero rimasto chiuso fuori dall'appartamento. Ancora mi scuso per questo!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Excelente estadia durante o período que ficamos em Florença. O tamanho do apartamento é muito bom, quartos confortáveis. Localização excelente. Só precisa levar em consideração as muitas escadas pra subir, porém vale muito a pena e super recomendo. Siddik foi atencioso e respondia rápido quando foi necessário.

Inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet sich der kleine moderne Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich das Apartment, inkl. geschlossener Garage, von Daniela befindet. Die grosszügigen Räume sind stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die herrlich grosse Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück , Apéro oder einfach zum Chillen ein. Die Tramstation, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Bioladen und um die Ecke eine super leckere Pasticceria. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war schnell, einfach, unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können das Apartment von Daniela sehr empfehlen.

Отличная квартира, Антонио был очень отзывчив. Квартира классная, но больше подойдет для людей без детей, т.к. квартира не сильно приспособлена для детей. Также если у вас много вещей или тяжелые чемоданы, коляска, то от лифта в в квартиру ведет достаточно крутая лестница, т.к. квартира расположена на мансардном этаже.Но имеет 2 очень классные террасы с отличным видом!!! Из минусов лично моих: очень маленькая и не совсем удобная кухня(но это только если вы собираетесь готовить). Не очень хороший напор горячей воды. В остальном квартира понравилась! A gem of an apartment, perfect for a long weekend. The apartment is compact but immaculately clean, bright and with a lovely terrace. It couldn’t be more centrally located and yet very quiet - a little oasis of calm. Alessandra was very easy to deal with and warm in her welcome. A definite recommendation.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.
