We had a wonderful visit! Everything we needed was there and the house was clean and tidy. Deer walked through the back yard at night and the place was super peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not get to cook on this trip. There are no curtains in the living room and the sun woke us up in the bedroom every morning due to thin curtains.

We had a wonderful stay. We were a party of 3, a 9 year old, her mom, and her grandpa. The house is so cute and we felt right at home. The 9 year old loved the sun room and claimed it as her 'art office.' The beds were all comfy. We loved being able to fix breakfast in the kitchen and do laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

Brandi's quick and kind responses to any questions or concerns made my stay that much more relaxing, especially upon my arrival, once we figured out the circuit breaker had been tripped (with too many air conditioners running at once in some extreme heat). Regarding the 90+ degree days, I found the open porch and fans quite sufficient, needing only the ac in the bedroom at night. The added benefit of being dog-friendly really benefited my stay, which I would happily utilize again if available next summer. The serenely sleepy town of Alma sadly has one drawback; the lingering invisible toxins in the picturesque Pine River from the 1973 PBB St. Louis disaster and superfund site rule out even wading into the water or eating any fish caught there.

My stay at the farm was over far too quickly! It is a lovely retreat owned by caring, invested, thoughtful and attentive hosts. The place is perfect for rest, relaxing and enjoying the farm life. I highly recommend this stay! John and Cheri were phenomial hosts.

Jenny's place was fabulous. I had to come to Alma for a family funeral. I was unsure about where to stay. Airbnb brought this up and I thought it looked good. It was beyond expectations. Very clean, lot's of room to relax on the first floor, a spacious kitchen, a coffee bar and great location. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone that needs a place close to campus, or just visiting for any other reason.

We came from a concert at Soaring Eagle and this was a perfect option in order to avoid the higher Mount Plesant area event rates! Everything needed for a comfortable overnight rest.
