Grau de Castelló : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

Het huis was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor onze Fallas vakantie. Alexandra is zeer makkelijk benaderbaar en denkt heel fijn met je mee 😉. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt in Carmens Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und die Wohnung stellte einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten dar. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es zwei Supermärkte. Im angrenzenden Viertel "Russafa" findet man viele Restaurants, Cafés, Shops und Fahrradverleie. Die Wohnung ist sauber gewesen und mit den nötigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet, die man für einen Urlaub braucht. Carmen war stets hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich!

Estancia increíble y súper acogedora, nuestros animales estaban encantados, seguro que volveremos! Eduardo fue súper amable y comprensible, dando buenas indicaciones y preocupándose en todo momento. Nos encantó!

Vi nød de 4 overnatninger i Lucies lejlighed, som lå med gåafstand til det meste. Fint med soveværelse uden direkte lys, men med lysindfald fra gang og badeværelse, ingen gadestøj overhovedet. Alt var som beskrevet. Hyggeligt med lidt snak osv fra gaden i dagtimer. Dejligt for os, at vi kunne tjekke ind før beregnet, tak for det. Meget hurtig respons før, under og efter ophold. Vi anbefaler gerne lejligheden. Kan anbefale cykeltur gennem Turia til havnen og stranden. Der er cykelstier overalt i byen.

we stayed for 4 nights. Lucia answered all our questions about car parking and bike hire. We loved the accommodation perfect for our needs. Close to bus and tram stops and just a short walk to beach. We used the beach bike hire just a short walk away and Chris was really helpful, would highly recommended hiring bikes to see Valencia and the surrounding area. We loved the local neighbourhood and spent a few great evenings at the Ultramarine bar great for simple tapas and wine. we would stay again with Lucia.

Et rigtigt godt sted at bo i Valencia. Francisco var meget i mødekommende og behjælplig da vi skulle bestille taxi mm

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Ambrosios place! The apartment is perfect for children as it has a crib, chair and baby bath and has space to run around. The bed was also big and comfortable and there is two bathrooms and all the amenities needed. If you come by car, it also has a garage. We really enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood - there is play area in front great for children. We would recommend this and come again for sure!

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

Loved my stay at Alicia’s place. There were a few inconveniences such as some flooding (out of the hosts control) and some power issues - got figured out. I would stay there again if i came back to castelló

We often choose for an AIRBNB option in the local area. And this location was again a very good choice. A very nice appartment with rooftop with everything you need for a citytrip in Valencia. From the airport easily accessible via metro in neighborhood. And also the citycentre is easy to walk on (and other interesting things by metro). Follow the instructions for nice restaurants; we had good experiences by picking some of them. And host Sandon was very communicative when we had questions (before and during our stay). So we look back on a very nice period in Valencia.

We zijn in Valencia geweest om de Fallas mee te maken. Het was geweldig, ondanks het slechte weer. Het centrum is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Met de Fallas heb je wel afwijkende reistijden maar de taxi’s zijn niet duur en goed. Mocht je van het strand houden (zijn wij niet geweest in maart), dat ligt allemaal op loopafstand. Er is een conciërge bij de ingang en het complex maakt een opgeruimde indruk. Het appartement bevindt zich op de 5e etage en is goed bereikbaar met een lift. Appartementen zijn altijd wel wat gehorig, maar daar hebben we nauwelijks last van gehad. Ook heb je een parkeerplek in de ondergrondse garage, heel handig. Al met al hebben we, ondanks het mindere weer, genoten in Valencia

We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Lidia fue estupenda. El recinto donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo y la piscina genial (se puede estar en ella hasta las doce de la noche). Lidia ha sido muy buena anfitriona y resuelve con prontitud cualquier duda que te pueda surgir. Por poner un pero, falta menaje en la cocina. Es un tema que han comentado otros usuarios. Pero en general es una estancia muy recomendable para descansar pero cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo.

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

Bel appartement conforme à la description dans une résidence historique de Peníscola avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le château et la mer. Nous n’avons pas profité de la terrasse avec beaucoup de vent et toujours à l’ombre, en hiver, mais cela doit être un gros plus en été. Très bonne communication et réactivité avec les gestionnaires. 5 étoiles méritées

wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. alleen al het uitzicht! De twee terrassen zijn echt een plus! Verder is alles is huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om een fijn verblijf te hebben. de locatie is geweldig! vlakbij het strand, maar je bent ook zo in de stad. wij maakten gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, ideaal: bushalte zo ongeveer voor de deur. Wij vonden het echt een heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven!
