Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

Seaside Luxury- Sleeps 9 comfortably. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, located on the west side of Panama City Beach, 3 min drive or a 10 minute walk away from the sugar white sand and beautiful emerald water. Small dogs welcomed must be under 50lbs and a non refundable fee of $100 per pet. Must have in crate or backyard when not at home. If a pet is staying and has not been added as a guest there will be a $200 nonrefundable fee or your stay can be terminated.

Plus we see dolphins here all the time not to mention gorgeous sunsets..,.so we think it’s the best spot on the beach! Beach gear provided for you to use + a wagon for easy transport. Pet friendly, no pet fee/extra cleaning fee for pets. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 65 inch smart tv in the living room, beautiful view to the lake. The unit doesn’t have washer/dryer, laundry room is 100 yards away. The property has 2 tennis courts, 3 pools and grilling area. Very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions.

PLEASE NOTE Primary renter must be 25 years old or more and onsite for the duration of the stay. Sorry, this house is not designed for college spring break festivities.

Less than a five-minute walk to a private beach in Destin, Florida! This Gulf paradise ground floor condo is DOG FRIENDLY. Located in the Chateau La Mer resort complex guests have access to a private parking space, heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach access. There is not an ocean view with this condo. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.
