delightful apartment, in a lovely quiet area near to the university and to many shops and restaurants. it's much bigger than the photos make it look, and is a beautiful building with high ceilings and airy spacious rooms. the host is also really great and quickly answered all our questions and let us change check-in-out plans on the fly. strongly recommend this place!

Прекрасные апартаменты. Интерьер красивый, книги, музыка, много предметов в квартире интересных. Местоположение очень удачное. Терраса великолепная. Ну и звон колоколов из соседней церкви дополняет шарм этого места. Всем рекомендую!

Ich war nur 1 Nacht in der Wohnung aber ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wie in der Beschreibung ist die Wohnung sehr hell sauber und gemütlich. Check in ist unkompliziert rasch erfolgt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin

We had a wonderful stay at Matthias Airbnb apartment! The apartment was clean, very well equipped with everything you could need and cozy. We especially liked the balcony with a beautiful view of Graz. Matthias was a great host, responsive to any questions I had and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-tree. Very cozy and modern apartment in a new building with nice big balcony and everything you need for a longer stay. Self check-in needs some actions with a smartphone but it's easy and convenient. City center is in 10-12 minutes by tram or bike. It was pleasant to live here for a couple of weeks, Daniel was responsive, helpful and gave useful advices. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay from the beginning to end. Peaceful area close to everything by foot or bike. Apartment was large enough for our family with a crawling baby and a cat. Additionally, the back yard offered space to safely park a car, bikes and a stroller. We all enjoyed full equipment, toys, books and garden with a tomcat and hens. Claudia and her husband were always friendly and helpful even beyond their duties. We miss the place already and will be happy to come back again 😊

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

We hebben het verblijf gebruikt als tussenstop tijdens onze reis naar Kroatië. De bedden waren keurig opgemaakt en alles was goed schoon gemaakt.

The place is great. You can see whole city from the terrace. Lot's of lights in the living room. You can find here everything you need for your stay. We were there almost month, so changing the towels and bedding on request. Mr. Andreas is a great person who will help you with anything.

Everything was just like on the photos. Very comfortable, clean and cozy place. Easy-going communication with the host. We recommend the accommodation 100%!

Viktor was very welcoming and the communication was smooth. His apartment is spacious and located just next to the university. I stayed 10 days and would surely be happy to stay again next time I will be in Graz.

Klaus ist ein super Host. Er kümmert sich gut um seine Gäste und will, dass jeder einen guten Aufenthalt hat. Vor allem seine gute Erreichbarkeit muss man hervorheben! Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Simon & Yanet's Unterkunft sehr passend. Ein angenehmer, grosser Raum mit Küche, wohligem Bett und viel freiem Raum. Die Wohnung hat viel Stauraum für das eigene Gepäck, ist angenehm warm (Winter) und in keiner Weise überladen. Stimmige Details wie farbige Glaskugeln in den Fenstern haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr gefallen. In unmittelbarer Nähe das Kunsthaus, eine Bäckerei und das Bad zur Sonne mit Wellnessbereich, die Altstadt liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt... Perfekt.

Milenas Wohnung liegt in einem Innenhof, sehr ruhig gelegen (nur die Kirchenglocken hört man manchmal). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 25 Min. und Parkplatzmöglichkeiten finden sich in der Nähe an der Straße.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, hell und ruhig, gute Busverbindung um ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen. Daniel hat uns alles rechtzeitig erklärt und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Da wir kurz nach Weihnachten da angekommen sind haben wir sogar ein paar Kekse bekommen als Begrüssung. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Immer wieder. Danke Daniel und Eva

Excellent apartment in the best area in Graz. Close to multiple cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as a green market a block away. Less than 5 minute walk to old town. Will definitely see if it's available when we come back to Graz.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einrichtung, Raum und Sauberkeit lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Unterkunft ist gut erreichbar, und verfügt sogar über einen eigenen Stellplatz. Sicherheits-Vorrichtungen sorgen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Graz ist von der Unterkunft leicht zu Fuß erkundbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Top! Einige wenige Ergänzungen im Kücheninventar sowie eine Duschstange würden Bonuspunkte bringen. Insgesamt würden wir sofort wieder kommen, und bedanken uns herzlichst bei Heinz für seine Gastfreunschaft.
