The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. We absolutely loved our stay at Ollie's place. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and was so close (less than 5 minutes walk) to Yarm's high street. The Dye House was a lovely size for the two of us and our dog. We loved having a drink in the Arbor with Ollie and Ellie and learning about the history of his house and gardens. Yarm is a beautiful town with some lovely walks and we would love to come back and stay here again. Also, our dog, Diesel loved it and was very welcome at the accommodation. Thank you Ollie!

This accommodation was such a delight to stay in. The host took good care of the rooms and ensure everything worked. I will highly recommend this place for your stay needs.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

Debbie & Liam's garage place was a breathe of fresh air for us! We both work very intense jobs & came up for a friend's wedding. However decided to make a weekend of it and have some time for ourselves too. Debbie made the place so special for us. It's absolutely gorgeous to stay at, so clean and spotless. She left such lovely treats and Prosecco for us which was so nice to enjoy. They recommend a yummy Chinese and Debbie also recommended a great hairdresser for myself to get my hair done for the wedding. We loved the place so much and actually relaxed finally that we are already looking at when we could come back again just to have longer at their place and enjoy the surroundings, there are lovely walks around the area we just didn't have time in between our friends wedding. But we definitely will be coming back as it was such a wonderful break for ourselves. Debbie and Liam were both so kind, friendly & go above & beyond! We can't wait to stay again. Thank you both so very much xxxx

Our second stay at The Studio, and it was fabulous. The accommodation is immaculate, very well equipped, and has a wonderful view over the fields to the hills. A very good breakfast selection is provided, and we love the fresh fruit. It has everything you need for either a short or long stay. We definitely need to stay longer! Jean provides a very warm Yorkshire welcome and that’s one of the reasons we will return again. Lovely to meet Rick on this stay too. Location is ideal for exploring both coast and moors. It’s also well worth the 20ish minute walk into the Stokesley town, with a river walk, shops, pubs and restaurants. The Studio is excellent value for money, and we look forward to returning again very soon.

Excellent location with a choice of walks from the door and Masham close by, ideal for our New Year walking break with friends. Very well equipped and cosy cottage in an excellent clean condition, one of the best we have stayed in, Angela has thought of everything including a lovely bottle of festive fizz, chocolates and biscuits! Plenty of fuel and logs for the fire, plus lots of bird food to refill the many feeders that attract the birds and wildlife. The electric blankets were a treat! Large dog proof garden and off road parking. Highly reccomended!

A great place. We had the mother in law with us so the downstairs bedroom and shower room were brilliant for her. Easily accessible with a lovely host. We will stay again when up visiting next time! Thank you Cate.

What gem this place place is. Lovely and peaceful and lovely scenery. The property was lovely and nice and spacious. Has everything you'd need, including a washing machine and dryer. Ideal location to explore north Yorkshire or further afield. It's about a 20 minute walk to the busliing market town of Thirsk. Jane and her husband were on hand if we needed anything. They were very responsive when we had a problem with the WiFi. Though we only met them just before leaving, when they kindly invited us to their wonderful woodland garden. We had a lovely weekend and would highly recommend staying there.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s lovely house. It was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It was well equipped and immaculately kept. Suited us very well as it was close to family we had come to visit.

Great spot for exploring the Dales, so much to do without driving far at all. The house is lovely and cosy and has everything you need for cooking and keeping a little family entertained. We didn't use the log burner as we had some nice spring sunshine keeping things warm but I'm sure it would be really nice in the wintertime to warm up after a long walk. We thought the house was super clean and modern too and felt good value for the area and the quality and also it being the Easter hols

A lovely stay in this amazing little bolthole in beautiful, characterful Yorkshire. The value for money is, quite frankly, ridiculously good. Anthony is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and we got the impression that both he and Jane really do care about their guests. Small extras like a crockpot, an air fryer and coffee machine are all so useful and make the place feel like a home -from-home. Having a washer & dryer makes everything so easy too - and surprised us for the low price! Everything is very clean too! Parking was easy with the permit and we felt like everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Area is handy for tourists too - Whitby is 30 mins drive away, Robin Hood’s Bay at around 40 mins abc Scarborough at 60 mins. Thank you so much, Anthony and Jane, we’ll be back!

a fabulous apartment with a great host, in an really good location with a fresh selection of restaurants withun 10 min walk as well as supermarkets and other shops. Well equipped kitchen, and good coffee. loved the balcony with a view over the marina. This was my third stay so that should tell you how awesome I think it is.

We have enjoyed a 28-day stay at Gary's and Fiona's apartment in Bishop Auckland. The property was clean, comfortable and well set up; having a washing machine, along with a clothes dryer, was a bonus for a long stay. The property was well located and within walking distance to cafes, shops and supermarkets. Gary and Fiona were very helpful, informative and accommodating hosts. We would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and very good value for money. Rachel provided lovely little extras, such as bread, cereals and tea, coffee. Stokesley is beautiful, with nice restaurants. A great base for exploring more of the area. Would highly recommend and will be booking again.

I stayed for 3 nights while doing a short course. The apartment is situated in the middle of Darlington. It’s a beautiful location with old cobble stone streets mixed with modern coffee shops, restaurants and even a cinema, a short distance away. The apartment was spotless, modern yet homely, a perfect base to explore or as I did, study for the following day’s studies. Highly recommended!
