Had the most peaceful and beautiful stay here! Felt secure and secluded in the hills and amongst the nature. I enjoyed the mountain view, fireplace, outdoor bath and the wide variety of plants surrounding the house. Highly recommend this stay <3

Amazing clean space within walking distance to the terminal and scooter rental area! This was my first time choosing an Airbnb stay over a hostel when visiting magnetic island and I was more than pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be coming back!

The Garden Cottage at Sayah and Peter's place is attached to their house but, at the same time, very private with separate entrances and surrounded by their lush garden. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. Everything was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped, the best we'd come across on this trip - it also had an excellent L'Or coffee machine! Peter and Sayah were very good hosts with lots of information about - and enthusiasm for - Cooktown, which truly exceeded our expectations as a destination. We had been meaning to go to Cooktown for years, but had never heard anything compelling to make us go, but we were very impressed. The drive from Mount Molloy to Cooktown is one of the most scenic and spectacular we have been on in this part of Queensland, and the road the best, with little traffic.

Mum and I adored staying at Carly and Marks place! The home was stunning and so cosy and made us feel right at home! Everything was super clean and tidy and had great character and it had all the facilities you could need. The hosts are super friendly and responsive and made everything very smooth and easy for us. I would 100% recommend and would stay here again! Thanks for everything!

We had a fabulous stay at Jeanie’s, the location is a wonderful, peaceful spot. Jeanie was a perfect host, attentive, friendly but also gives you all the space you need to relax. She provided a great welcome pack of food and drink and allowed us to check in early which was a big help as we had an early flight. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy and having access to the pool as well as a private spa was wonderful. We couldn’t recommend Jeanie’s highly enough, truly a fabulous Airbnb experience!

We had a lovely stay on magnetic island. Such a nice relaxing place to stay. We were in the hot tub most days. A brilliant location close to the beach. A really unique stay. Really responsive hosts. We met Mark & his daughter. Mark & family were really helpful, No ask was to much, they lent us a screw driver to help us fix our car and offered us an umbrella when it was raining. We were lucky enough to say hello to the lovely doggie George. There were wallabies hoping around at night outside near our accommodation . We went to forts walk and saw a wild Koala! We would highly recommend Mark & Carly’s Air b&b. Thank you!

had a wonderfully relaxing stay for our anniversary. host was friendly and approachable but still gave us all the privacy we needed. We have pretty busy lives so was good to be away from everything so all we could do was relax.

What a magical place.! Super clean and well equipped, our family had a most wonderful time here, surrounded by nature and the sounds of the forest. We made fabulous BBQs, spotted birds, played games in the garden, read books in the hammock, sat round the fire pit, and marvelled at the night canopy of stars. Ray was super helpful and we could not recommend staying here highly enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carl’s Kangaroo Cabin.. the perfect place to relax and just enjoy our mini holiday with our Labradoodle. Carl is definitely a super host, friendly, kind, helpful and easy going.. would highly recommend Carl’s place.. we’ll definitely be back!! 💯

Natalie's cabin was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for and had everything I needed and more. It was clean and private and everything worked and was present as listed. The walls and roof are in need of some aesthetic TLC, mainly from age but this did not detract from the functionality of the accommodation, I will definitely look to stay here again. It was well located for the local ParkRun, Sunday Markets, Beachside cafe and a couple of restaurants. It is also a short drive to the shops with lots of great walks if you'd rather walk or cycle. Well located and extremely good value.

The place was much bigger than expected! It was so nice to sit and cook outside on the terrace (completely surrounded by musquito nets) and enjoy some relaxing down time. Every morning and evening we saw kangaroos, some came right up to the terrace. It was a wonderful place to stay and rest inbetween travels!

We had a truly wonderful experience! Anita was an excellent host who accommodated our group at very short notice when our other accommodation fell through the day before. The house was just stunning! There were gorgeous views from every window, and the kitchen and living rooms very well appointed. We loved the fireplace in particular. Bedrooms were lush with gorgeous linen. Anita was very flexible, offering us early check-in and late check-out. If you are looking for a secluded getaway in a beautiful home within a stunning natural environment, then you should book here!

Very private, peaceful and quiet. Easy walk to shops. Many other attractions nearby. Prema was a very efficient and unobtrusive host.

Tranquility was at the top of our holiday list in Cairns, and our stay or Wendy’s and Glenn’s didn’t fall short of our expectations. The comfortable layout of the space was most welcomed and the architectural design sat beautifully against the landscape. Highly recommend!

The ochre hut and the surroundings were just stunning! We loved all the little walking trails and waterholes around the property, with the outdoor bathroom and kitchen being real highlights for us!

Kathy was very welcoming and accommodating to our late check in. The cabin was as pictured, quiet surroundings and very close to town. Perfect for our one night stay!

We had a great few days away. The place was comfortable, clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Dian also supplied a lovely breakfast as a treat. This was a nice surprise which we enjoyed. Dee's place was neat, clean and well-equipped. Being an easy walk to the bus stop made it easy to get around. I'd happily stay again.
