This was our second year staying here with friends, and we had such a lovely time. There's plenty to do inside the house itself even on a dreary day, with curiosities and art abound, instruments, games, fireplace, etc, a great kitchen for group meals, and spacious and comfortable rooms otherwise. Olia is very kind and responsive, with plenty tips for the local area. We'd recommend for groups or families in an instant. Nothing like relaxing in the hot tub while looking out at the mountain vista with rain pattering on the porch roof above - pure bliss.

Absolutely loved this house and its incredible energy! The blend of old New York and Parisian charm creates such a unique and inspiring atmosphere. As an artist, I felt truly energized and creatively inspired during my weekend stay. Every corner of the home has character and warmth, making it a perfect retreat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special and memorable experience!

Michael and Enrique were excellent hosts, and left me and my girlfriends ice cream in the freezer to enjoy! They responded quickly when we had any questions. The view from the hottub looking out onto the woods is beautiful and the hottub was just what we needed to relax. A beautiful, cozy getaway, and so close to Rhinebeck!

Loved the house. Kitchen is great. Awesome living room with very comfortable couch and fireplace. Bedrooms perfect. Hot tub was perfect. Original Nintendo system upstairs was fun. Went skiing at Hunter which is 20-25 min away. Woodstock 15 min away. Really a great place. Jaime was responsive, friendly and helpful.

Our weekend in Rhinebeck was perfect for a weekend getaway for (12); six bedrooms and 3.5 baths made it comfortable for all. The kitchen lived up to the photos: roomy yet cozy, easy to have multiple cooks working behind the large island. Kitchen was well stocked. Seating areas at the island as well as the full-size table and two couches made it possible for the entire group to hang out together. Also the living room, pool room, and 2nd lounge made it comfortable for smaller groups to gather. Everything was thoughtfully provided: dog dishes and towels to wipe muddy paws, rooms were generously sized with comfortable mattresses, bedding, and plenty of towels. We use the hot tub, pool table and pizza oven! Fireplace in living room, assortment of books and games were also appreciated. Since the weather prevented us from using the outdoor space fully, we did enjoy going down to the barn and seeing the animals. In the summer, the pool and grounds would be spectacular to utilize!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house!! So many cozy nooks and Miles and Ruth were very responsive and helpful hosts! Would definitely stay again :)

The house was everything we expected it to be! Everything was amazingly well stocked. The kitchen was full of dishes, glasses, pots and pans for us to use. The bedroom was complete with pillows, comforters and sheets. The bathroom had all the towels, wash cloths, soap and shampoo you could use. The living room had ample seating with plenty of firewood for the fireplace. There were even robes for the hot tub! Communication was great as well. Deb was great giving us all the information we needed before our stay. She also left us a nice welcome note! If you still had questions, there's also a binder in the kitchen that explained everything and includes phone numbers should you still need assistance. Will definitely stay again next time we're in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jackie was a gracious host, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made my visit memorable. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Super responsive management of property. It was a very rainy weekend, so my daughter and I really enjoyed the large TV with the option of many streaming channels. Bed was comfortable and the place was neat and clean. Fantastic location as well.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maple Hill Farm. Walking around the farm to visit with the llamas, donkeys, chickens, and ducks was a highlight of the weekend. The area is so peaceful and picturesque. The studio is very clean, well appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable with warm flannel sheets. Philip and Larry both communicated clearly and made sure we had everything we needed. During the weekend, we enjoyed a visit to the Norman Rockwell Museum and dinners at the Norte Azul Cantina and the Proprietor's Lodge. We highly recommend this studio.

This was the second time staying in this house with another family. Can't beat the convenient location to local mountains for skiing. House is spacious and plenty of room for two families of 4. Shiyrah is friendly and communicative.

We are repeat visitors to Raspberry Ridge. It is a slice of Heaven. Ilze and Laurence are amazing hosts! Their attention to detail on the property for maximum comfort is exceptional. Traveling from Arizona to Upstate New York, we always factor in how we can stay at Raspberry Ridge. It's centrally located, so we can easily visit family in Hudson, Albany and Great Barrington Massachusetts. We are already planning when we can go back for another visit.. it's like our home away from home. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Ilze and Laurence xx

Lovely place in Saugerties, close to lots of great hiking and restaurants.

Donna's place was a wonderful weekend stay! Beautiful property and guest house. Well appointed and care for. Just a few improvements that would have made our stay even better--a small microwave for quick reheating of coffee/leftovers, a luggage rack and place to store/hang clothes, and ensuring the driveway and a walking path are cleared of snow even when out of town (with thawing and refreezing, we had to navigate two inches of solid ice, which was terrifying both on foot and in the car).

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

This air bnb was great. Beds were very small but the space was great, very clean and perfect for a dog! The backyard was not that maintained and the fence seemed to be open so we were unable to let our dog off the leash. Other than that, highly recommend. Location is 10/10.

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Overall the place was very nice to stay at. Hosts/Property manager were EXCELLENT communicators (we had an issues and they had solutions within 30 minutes). Close to supermarket (right down the street), along with close to being downtown Saugerties, resturants and getting on the thruway. Would recommend for families.

Tuscany on the Hudson! The grounds are just beautiful- and the home was comfortable, lovely, and so, so peaceful. We really enjoyed the pool, tennis court, and saying hello to the local animals. Thank you for a wonderful stay- my family loved it!

Twelve members of our family stayed here for our annual ski weekend at Jiminy Peak. It was exactly what we needed as our home base -- plenty of room for all of us, good amenities, and the living room gave us a large gathering space where we could all sit after a day of skiing and swap stories, play games, and just enjoy being together. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and the owners were really responsive. We highly recommend it!

We loved celebrating my wife’s birthday at Tina’s home with our bichon frisée! Her home was so peaceful and we loved relaxing in the soaking tub, listening to music, and unwinding. It was the perfect weekend for staying in and reading books while surrounded by nature (and rain!). The home was easy to find and had everything you could need for a snuggly weekend in. We loved Red Hook - we have never explored it before! The shops are adorable. We hope to be back when it’s warmer to try the pool!

We had a great stay at the Hollywood Bungalow. House was described accurately and had so many thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. Diana met us upon arrival and walked us around the property and the house. Such a great host! She had generously provided snacks, treats and gave a thorough overview for our stay. We were primarily focused on skiing at Jiminy Peak which was a short 20 minute drive. We also brought our 5 year-old rescue who had the best vacation of her life. She was able to use the fenced-in backyard to run around off leash and even meet a new friend when Jackson's dog visited. Diana even shoveled walking paths in the yard throughout our stay so we could get around in the high snow. The Screening Room is awesome and provided hours of entertainment. Quiet street and picturesque location. We will definitely return.

Nice, private, large room. We loved the real flame of the franklin stove. Little mini-kitchen. Nice duvet on good queen-size bed. Very private, separate building. There is a swimming pool, but that's summer-months only. We liked that it was just a 5 minute drive to Williamstown and the Clark. Not really enough hot water for two showers in a row, but other than that, great. Well appointed, with shampoo, Q-Tips, salt, sugar, etc.
