Great East Lake : locations de vacances

We loved our stay at Great Maples and are already thinking about booking another trip. We shared the house with another young family, and it worked out great. Plenty of space, clean, and beautiful. Private and relaxing but also lots of fun activities in neighboring towns. It even had a playroom and lots of books and toys for our kids. We can’t wait to go back!

The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

Linda is an excellent host. The house itself was perfect for our needs. We had 7 adults and two dogs and everyone had plenty of space. The house is suitable for a ski family. Linda was quick to respond when we needed a shovel (8 inches of lovely snow). We arrived in the evening and did not realize there was a shovel available but Linda had one bought over anyway. Linda also recommended a few restaurants. We highly recommend the Bistro at 10 Acres. It was the perfect vibe after a day on the slopes. Excellent food, a warm and cozy atmosphere and our server was a delight. We hope to do this all over again next year. I would recommend making dinner reservations well in advance of your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Had a great stay with friends at Laura’s place. Laura was friendly flexible and reached out to make sure we didn’t have any issues checking in. Very nice place with a nice Vermont feel. 10-15 minutes from skyeship base. Had a great weekend. Would stay again.

spectacular location which can't be understated. Host very responsive. Home was clean. Had all the basics ++ for superior kitchen and bedrooms. We celebrated a milestone birthday ages from 2-65. Six families flying in from both coasts. Both Portland and Boston airports very close and convenient. Was large enough to give families own personal space as well as the common area was large enough for everyone to be together. Stunning views from several bedrooms with crashing waves as background noise. Additionally, very convenient grocery & supply delivery to the front door from Hannaford and Walmart, as well as Amazon. (we never left the house). Clearly, the luxury and glory gave our family a foundation for a legendary vacation. small things: two bags of ice in the freezer was a perfect touch. Upon arrival the fireplace was not working but the host made it right. We want to rent again!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

Anne's place is absolutely stunning! The pictures truly cannot do it justice. We brought twelve people and a dog and had plenty of space. The proximity to everything in Bethlehem is amazing as well. We walked down the street to rek lis and had a great time. Out of all the Airbnb's I've stayed in I think this one has to be the best. We definitely plan to get back during other seasons to experience everything it has to offer.
