The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

Perfect for our stay away whilst working, 2 separate downstairs rooms, where I could work in one and my son could relax in the other, parking right outside the house with a shop & chipshop 3min walk from the house.

Lovely setting and such a peaceful part of Rutland. Pub 5 mins away is a lovely setting. Would def go back

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. Family would be more than happy to book these accommodations again in the future if we have another big event again. Thank you to the team for all their help

Overall a brilliant weekend with family! The house was perfect, well-suited to families with children of all ages - nice and warm with the underfloor heating, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots to do in the local area too. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a lovely stay at Sam’s place and the location was perfect. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and the tiled floor made it easy to keep clean with muddy paws. Will stay again if we come back to Rutland!

Jennifer’s cottage is a home away from home, really thoughtfully provisioned and very easy with children in tow. It’s in a lovely quiet spot and Jennifer was a wonderful host.

Park & ride across the road, takes you quickly for a very reasonable price to the city centre. Service station close by has mini Waitrose. Super quite location despite being near a road. Loved the large kitchen/ dining area, great for the socialising. Super fast response to our water issue - a switch got knocked!!. A great stay was had by all, thank you.

The holiday home was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - even exceeding expectations. Lauren has thought of everything - we really liked that the handwash, washing up liquid etc was eco-friendly and supplied in re-fillable containers, and we appreciated the cake and biscuits! The caravan is in a lovely location - the park is very well maintained and peaceful, and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. Communication from Lauren was exceptional. We were provided with detailed information regarding the caravan's precise location, check-in, shop, prior to our arrival and the welcome book told us everything else we needed to know! We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit. Thank you!

the place was absolutely amazing. Ant was very responsive. I do overall recommend this Airbnb. it was cozy and comfortable. the only two complaints were the shower head was a bit strange, but not bad enough I would say it's a deal breaker. the closest bus stop is an hours walk. if you give this location a try I'm sure you'll love it as well.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

What a beautiful and special place! So many lovely little touches and such an interesting building! The surroundings are so pretty, much wildlife and it felt like it had its own Mediterranean micro climate! Sharon & Lulu were great hosts, so helpful and responsive. Really flexible on check in and check out times and provided local recommendations. This included Fords Kitchen, we were lucky enough to have Tom provide dinner one evening. The food was delicious and beautiful, also a complete stress free treat because he knows the venue and hosts! Having a yoga studio on site was a gorgeous addition. Lulu guided us through the most magical private yoga, breath work & sound bath. I very much hope to return! ❤️🥰

We had a great stay at Cara’s, it is in a good position and ideal for walking into town and all that East Leake has to offer. Choose to stay here it’s lovely inside.

I had an amazing stay here for my birthday weekend! Becca was a lovely host, really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There was loads of stuff for the children to do as well. Would love to stay again 😊

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

We really enjoyed our stay at Claire’s whilst visiting Adrenaline Alley with my son. Excellent condition, really well stocked up, we could cook our own food and had everything we needed. Private, comfortable, clean, and really well equipped. Claire is an excellent host, responsive, kind and caring. Would love to stay again in the future!

Really nice place to stay if you are in Loughborough for a few days. A nice neighbourhood with close access to supermarket, coffee shops and a 30-40 minute walk to the town or University. Would wholly recommend!

What a great find. We are one human and one Labrador. It was just right for us. What particularly stood out was the quirky yet secure garden. The dog loved mooching around and thankfully didn't try fishing in the ponds! It was so peaceful, my sometimes reactive dog only barked twice (probably at birds!) I didn't really cook, but the kitchen looked like it had everything you'd need. The only things I could see might be improved is the wooden gate at the end of the drive. It's quite heavy to lift over the first few cobbles and I have a dodgy back, so it wasn't great having spasms. Luckily a good night's sleep in a comfy bed sorted that issue! It might not need a new gate, just raising it up centimeter or 2 maybe? (I am no gate expert!) Also, couldn't see a recycling bin? The only local place we went to was the Boathouse at the Marina (2min walk) friendly staff and a decent bacon cob for breaky. We'd definitely stay again. Every village should have a Tiny house.😁

A beautiful and very cosy cottage in a lovely little village. Elizabeth was fantastic from the moment of booking, really friendly and helpful. The hamper was a really nice touch and bringing treats for the dogs was very thoughtful, they definitely approved! Ample parking, very easy to check in. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. Reclining sofas, very comfortable beds, a great shower. Well equipped kitchen. The garden was perfect for our dogs. There was not one single fault with our stay and I was rather sad to leave! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much 💕

We had a great stay at Caroline and Roger’s Airbnb. Communication was extremely good. Fiona gave us great directions and gave us lots of recommendations on where to eat and go. Roger was there when we arrived and gave us a really warm welcome and showed us around our accommodation. Beautiful location, we would highly recommend staying here
