Our stay went truly amazing since beginning. Halima and Victoria were so nice and helpfull ! When we couldnt find our own ways, Halima always was able to help us find one. The house was beautiful! Super private, chill, and relaxing. Thank you Halima and Victoria, yoshua also for being such a kind helpfull person aswell at the cottages. We hughly recommend . Asante Sana 😊🙏🏾

the place is clean, clean water, closer to main road. everything as in the pictures, good check in and check out times. I would recommend this for people looking for a secure hosting.

nous y avons passé 2 nuits et tout s’est très bien passé. très bonnes prestations en particuluer bonne literie, bons sanitaires, machine à laver avec fonction seche linge ( prévoir de la lessive). prévoir aussi de l’eau et tout ce qu’il vous faut pour cuisiner. les infrastructures annoncées (piscine, gym) ne sont en revanche pas directement accessibles à proximité du logement comme je le pensais au vu des photos. nous n’en avons donc pas profité. enfin, si vous prévoyez de vous visiter ol pajeta, c’est à une bonne heure de route et un 4x4 est necessaire.

Great location close to the lakefront as described. Also there is Carnellys restaurant nearby. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive. We enjoyed the brunch at the garden area. Overall good stay! Thank you.

My friends and I ushered in 2025 here. It was a really good place with amazing views of fireworks. The bonfire was always lit and the jacuzzi always hot! Not ideal for more than 4 couples though (unless you don’t mind being in each other’s space). The chef did a fantastic job! 👌

I had a family visit to the facility, and it was one of those memorable vacations. No surprises as everything worked as it's supposed to. The rooms, AC, kitchen, and Internet were all on point. The location is breathtaking from the pool, poolside relaxation, gym, and, more importantly the private access to the beach. The Ola Ola restaurant was also affordable, within the bigger compound, and on point with Swahili Cousine. You don't even have to struggle with utensils..time better spent at the beach. A place to just visit and experience the wonderful side of Kenyan Coast. Dr. FIfi was also very helpful and a great host. Kudos.

Forest, nature, a place built by hand with love and wisdom... Two different species of monkeys foraging in the tress above on the same tree as Hornbills.. this place is piece of magic. The perfect spot for meditation, writing, relaxing... letting nature heal you. One of my favorite Airbnb's of all time!

Very nice place with good facilities, and the location was perfect, with walking distance to town centre. The host Ben was so helpful and answered at messages even late in the evening to give us the best stay. Absolutely worth the money and would love to come back!

My friend and I celebrated a birthday here and stayed for five nights. It took us a little time to adjust, but once we did, we had an amazing and high-quality stay. The Popo house was perfect spacious, well-equipped, and featuring a big pool and a fully functional kitchen that we made great use of. Popo House is located on the sunrise side, allowing us to wake up early and enjoy breathtaking sunrises. Every morning, we could walk down and watch the local people working on their seaweed plantations, which was a unique and fascinating experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the two incredible dogs, Millie and Poppy. They took care of us throughout our visit, providing both companionship and security. At night, they would bark if they sensed unfamiliar people, yet they were so well-trained never entering the house uninvited or stealing food. They were truly polite and loving, and saying goodbye to them was the hardest part. Overall, we absolutely loved this place. It’s perfect!

Sam and Harriet were very great at responding and advising with local /near by restaurants. Elijah at the house assisted a lot in the checkin and providing firewood for the fire place . Absolutely brilliant! The dogs (Nusu + Teddy and their friends ) amazing add on. Thanks again.

I loved John's place, it's warm comfortable and adequately furnished. James the caretaker was very attentive and a available. If you love nature this is the place to go for beautiful views and surroundings.. it's so peaceful. If you are hiker there is an interesting and scenic trail to venture to... You need a 4WD or Study high car for the 12km rough road to the house. Will definitely visit again... Thank you John and James for your warm hospitality.

It was a great experience staying at the house! The location is beautiful, the house very charming and Claire is a great host, who responded often, and helped when needed. The house manager Isaac was amazing to have around, since he could help us out during our stay as well. I would reccomend this place to everyone!

Absolutely loved our stay at Home on the Nile. The views from the room were incredible and such beautiful surroundings. David, Hope and all the staff were so, so helpful and friendly. The food was great and lots of local recommendations for things to do. Felt right at home and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Jinja!

Logement parfait pour découvrir Nungwi : emplacement top (plage, main road, village, tout est à proximité à pied), agréable maison bien équipée et jolie terrasse ombragée, environnement calme bien qu'il y ait des restaurants et animations à quelques minutes à pied, accueil friendly... Bref, tout était parfait ! Merci pour tout !

This place was perfect for our stay. The patio was peaceful and beautiful, the most stunning place to enjoy your morning coffee and read. Mario was an incredible host, with great taste in decorating. We have already recommended this place to friends visiting Nairobi in the near future, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything Mario!

Fantastic location, gorgeous property, right on the beach with a lot of privacy and tons of space, lots of room for lounging under palm trees and for kids to play. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and very professional. We had a few issues with the fridge and power, but they quickly took care of them and attended to our every need. Extremely helpful with our little one, making sure there was a crib and high chair available for our stay at no cost. The breakfast in the morning is phenomenal. The Pallet Cafe is right nearby, 3 min walk away right on the beach, and is a lovely place to hang out for a meal or drinks, kids can run around and adults can relax. The cottage itself is lovely and the plunge pool is amazing, especially on a hot day when you need a break from the beach or just want to float and sip a cocktail. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It was like a little oasis hidden in Jinja. The view of the nile from our room was so ɓeautiful and serene. The cute little monkeys kept the energy up, though they could be a bit fussy in the morning when you were trying to sleep (small price to pay). Our host, Ceyda was so attentive and had plenty of recommendations. The staff were helpful. Will absolutely go back again.

We had a wonderful time at Nikhil's place. The Airbnb is well located in a quiet suburb. Good restaurants are just a walk away. The kitchen is well equipped and the Indian spices were a very nice plus. Highly recommended.

Fantastische locatie, fijne staf, staan altijd voor je klaar, veilige buurt. In werkelijkheid is de locatie mooier dan op de foto,s te zien. Het huis is sfeervol, erg compleet, en praktisch ingericht. In de tuin verblijft een erg lieve en vooral aanhankelijke hond (Roxy). Als je geen probleem hebt met een hond, kan je ook gebruik maken van een gezellig ingerichte tuin, volledig privé, met een leuke zithoek. Er zijn vier personeelsleden, vriendelijk, staan voor je klaar bij vragen, en op het terrein aanwezig. In de buurt zijn supermarkten en eetgelegenheden beloopbaar. Wij gaan elk jaar op vakantie naar een airbnb. Dit is tot nu toe de mooiste locatie die wij hebben gehad. De eigenaar reageerde altijd vriendelijk en snel. Het was allemaal top. Mocht u twijfelen… dan kunnen wij alleen maar zeggen…gewoon boeken!

We enjoyed our stay here. The chef and his team mate were excellent... We received all the help we needed. The place is a bit far but we had no trouble getting there and moving around. The food was great too, great ambiance as well. Will definitely like to go back.
