The overall experience was great. It was very clean & organized. I definitely plan to book again. The price is a little steep with the cleaning fee in my opinion because you are expected to wash your own dishes, towels & take out your trash, which are things I wasn’t fully aware of until I checked out, even though I didn’t leave a mess. There was also a hiccup in communication. I received an email stating check out time was at 10AM but the app said 11AM, which was the time I planned on checking out. She did respond back about it, but unfortunately I had already checked out trying to honor what was requested. Overall though, like I mentioned before, it’s a great place to book. It’s conveniently located with a very responsive host. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars because of the hiccup with checkout & the expensive cleaning fee but everything else was great.

Kira and Aaron were amazing hosts that were so accommodating and friendly! They were super responsive and willing to help my boyfriend and I when we found a nail in his tire. They made our stay so special and I would definitely come back in the future!!

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Absolutely perfect location, very clean, so private, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Conveniently close to all the best hiking areas- PNF- Looking Glass/Moore Cove WF, DuPont and Gorges Parks. BRP- Art Loeb Trail & Graveyard Fields WF. So dark at night I could count all the stars. Host has thought of everything- high quality big fluffy towels, lots of pillows, dimmer light switches, fire pit, hot tub, ice maker, awesome spice rack, loved swinging and watching the sunset. Tesla Level 2 charging on site meant we left “full” every morning. Host very helpful with recommending places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again !!! I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness to every detail which is saying a lot cause I can be overly picky sometimes. I thought it was so great to easily find the operators manuals for the Alarm clock/sound machine and other items neatly filed in a notebook for reference. Excellent selection of hiking info books. I even loved the quiet doorstops.

FaB place to stay for our 2 night trip into the Smoky mountains and the surrounding area. Our accomodation had fantastic views of the mountains and a little walk up the road great sunset views. Communication with Kathryn was great

I wish I was still there! Stunning silence, dreamy bed, complete privacy and sunlight nourished me so... and you don't need a car! walkable access to amenities, bike paths and the river...

This was the perfect stay for my husband and I! We have stayed at one of Dylan and Suzanne’s airbnb spots before and were thrilled to stay at another place of theirs. This place was exceptional and they were so responsive when messaging with me! My husband and I have already discussed booking this place again!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Five stars isn’t enough to describe to welcoming home and extraordinary comfort it provides! The team is always accessible and, in our case, always willing to help. The manager and owner went above and beyond any Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! We will return again and again!

Our first impressions were great. Everything felt very welcoming when we walked in the door. The outdoor area was very relaxing and great to just sit and talk. There was plenty of seating and room to spend time with family.

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

The pictures don’t do this place justice—this home is absolutely breathtaking! The views from the top of the mountain are simply stunning, and the spacious, well-stocked home made our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved spending time together playing the variety of games provided by the hosts, and the kids especially enjoyed the arcade Pac-Man! The cultural artifacts throughout the home added such a unique touch. After a day of adventure, the hot tub was the perfect way to warm up and relax, and the plush bedding ensured we all slept like babies. Despite feeling like we were sky-high in the mountains, the property is conveniently located near great restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed Bear Waters Brewing Co., snow tubing at Tube World, and skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—lock in your dates before my family beats you to it! Haha. We can’t wait to come back!

Windows over Waterfalls was a beautiful location to relax and rejuvenate over spring break. The waterfalls are stunning and the deck has many places to sit and take in the view. The swinging daybed was the perfect spot to sit with a book. The kitchen was fun to cook in and the grill worked perfectly. My favorite part was waking up to the sound of waterfalls outside of the bedroom window.

We really enjoyed our time at Anusha’s place. The location was perfect. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Our favorite part was the living room and dining room area. The area was open and easily accommodated our group(6 Ladies). We would definitely stay again!

Our stay here was great. Everything was just as described. I was surprised to find out the host does live in the condo above, but you didn’t even know they were there. Would definitely book here again.

Initial trip was for our daughter’s cheer competition and the location was more than perfect! Nick was very responsive and instructions were clear. Check-in was so easy! Super easy to find & get in/out. Condo was clean with accurate representation of the listing. Matched perfectly & looked just like the photos. Plenty of sleep options inside the condo. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, etc. Same for the bathroom—just as Nick mentioned in his messages. Nick was super helpful & responsive. Location was perfect! We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. (a BIG plus that it was so close to the Convention Center for comp too). It was a breeze walking to explore the area with our kiddos because of the great location—age range 3-14. Kiddos loved the heated indoor pool too! Perfect for this time of year to keep em occupied. We would definitely visit again! Thoroughly enjoyed it!!!

Amazing spot from top to bottom! I just wish we had more time to spend here. You are right downtown, by the river, and everything downtown (and honestly Worlds Fair area) is walkable. The apartment itself is very homey without being overly decorated with a bunch of crap. The location is on the 3rd floor, so you have some pretty sweet views. For being right downtown it was pretty secluded and peaceful with just the right amount of noise to complement the area. If I had to nit-pick it, coming from a Spartans fan I would say the only drawback was all the orange!!! ha ha. GO GREEN!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Quiet area. Beautiful picturesque views of the Smokey Mountains! Not too far from downtown Gatlinburg. Bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed.

I can’t describe the level of satisfaction I received from staying here. The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The level of excellence was astonishing. Other host’s needs to take notes. I almost don’t even want to write a review because then more people will book and then when I want to book I won’t be able to. Jk. When I come to Gatlinburg this is where I’ll be. Complimentary snacks/water/soda/Jacuzzi/Firepit. The bed was comfortable. Mini Bar with coffee/cocktail ideas. Custom fireplaces in both living room and bedroom. AMAZING SHOWER HEAD AND BATHROOM SET UP. Love these host!
