Beautiful location with great views of Lake Junaluska! Couldn’t have asked for a better location, accommodations, or hosts. Would definitely book again if available! The coziness of this rental only enhanced a wonderful 31st wedding anniversary getaway! Knew it was perfect when we saw the “You & Me” decor in the kitchen area which is the name of our song and also our favorite saying!

Great place to stay at for the weekend. Bed was comfy and the sleeper sofa was perfect for our son to sleep on. This place had everything we needed. We enjoyed the little deck looking at the lake with the mountains in the background. What a beautiful view! The playground that was nearby was great for our son to play on. The Buttered Biscuit restaurant right up the road was perfect for breakfast! This is great place to stay at for visiting areas nearby such as Waynesville, Dillsboro, Cherokee and Bryson City. Go eat at Haywood Smokehouse in Dillsboro and look up Nikki’s Frybread in Cherokee.

The hosts were so sweet and kind. The space was perfect for my weekend away to find peace. Highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect home away from home for the week that we stayed to work and play! The home was clean, as described, quaint, and private with a beautiful landscape. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again in the future!

Our family loved our stay! This house is absolutely gorgeous! From the outside to The inside. You’re close to town for anything you might need. The drive up To the house was very scenic. We really enjoyed the pool it was perfect temperature super clean. Also the pool Room was nice and warm so when we got out we weren’t freezing. We left some Pool toys for the next guest who enjoy this amazing house. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this little piece of heaven !

Had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed and we were very happy with it. The home was listed as dog friendly and we brought our pups, there were dog treats and extra bowls which we’ve never experienced before! The space was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed all of it! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great time on our family trip! The home was very homey and comfortable to us. We would definitely stay again if we were planning to take another trip to this area 😊

Me and my family had an absolutely wonderful stay!

The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. We all enjoyed the downstairs game area, and the kids loved the hidden room! The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after a day out exploring the area. We did have an issue with the hot tub. I reached out to the owners and they were very responsive and proactive about finding a solution and even sent someone out to look at it. It still didn’t reach our desired temperature until almost 36 hours after we arrived and we were only there for 3 nights. If you don’t care about a hot tub then it’s no big deal, but we always look forward to relaxing in it multiple times on our Gatlinburg trips. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to book again if they get the hot tub working properly.

We had a lovely week with our family at Brandon’s place. The house was very comfortable, the hot tub was relaxing, and the whole family got great use out of the game room. An excellent stay!

Our Family stayed at the Hacienda Roja for a Christmas Vacation and we loved the place. We had a wonderful time there. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained (including teens) and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't even leave the house once we arrived. The house was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view from the deck. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a large family group and the house worked out perfectly. The large dining table was great for meals and game time. The beds were all comfortable and allowed adequate space for everyone. The hot tub was very enjoyable after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed a nice bonfire in the firepit! Of course the kids had to have their s’mores! Everything worked out very well for our group. Would highly recommend this home to others. Ty James for a wonderful week!

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

Slight delay upon arrival as unit had not been cleaned from previous guest. Reached out and maid was notified of change in guest. Location was fantastic so we were able to go do something fun while waiting for maid to come clean. Location is fantastic and right off parkway. Walking distance to many places. Close to everything and easy to access. Plenty of parking.

Jim responded to any questions and let us know in advance that a new washer and dryer would be delivered. Only thing, not a breaker, is remote to tv in 2nd bedroom did not work. We thank Jim for a great place to stay and communicating with us.

Close to Dollywood and fairly convenient. The elevator was having some issues, but we enjoyed the extra exercise. We also enjoyed that it backs up to a river with ducks and geese, even though it is very close to the Parkway.

Great place for our quick trip! Very easy to get to and so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Great spot for a big group. Perfect location for walking to Market Square and Old City. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.
