My wife, our two dogs, and I had a great, relaxing time at this location. We had planned to do some work during our stay, but unfortunately, we missed the notification about there being no WiFi. Thankfully, we managed to get around this using our personal hotspot. I'd definitely recommend reading the notifications carefully to avoid any surprises. One of our dogs recently had an operation, so we weren’t able to go on long walks—something we would’ve loved to do, as the location is perfect for it. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities were there, including a lovely veranda, and with the sun shining, it made for a beautiful few days away. The host was super efficient, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We're looking forward to returning once our dog has fully recovered so we can make the most of everything the place has to offer.

We spent a fabulous two nights at Marley’s house. The accommodation is connected to the main house, but has a separate entrance and is very private. Everything was clean and well resourced for self catering and entertainment including games for the children. The highlights were the daily kite feeding, watching the birds on the numerous bird feeders, the ability to hike up the well-kept woodland trails from your front door, the surprise cubby house with toys and the warmth and friendliness of Marley and his family. They even dropped us to the local pub for dinner on the Saturday night and picked us up afterwards. We felt welcomed at all times and extremely relaxed leaving. I highly recommend Marley and his accommodation.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Anna was a wonderful host, the property was spotless and looked even better than the photos!! The hot tub was already warm when we got there and the outdoor bar area was a great touch! We had a great time and couldn’t recommend staying here enough! Definitely one not to miss!

The house was gorgeous and so spacious. It had everything we wanted. The only thing we were disappointed with was the hot tub. We paid a surcharge to use but when we arrived on the Friday it was cold. It took the whole night for it to warm up to correct temperature and so we only got to use it one day. We contacted fresh way and they were very helpful but unfortunately nothing could be done to get it to heat up faster. Other than that we were extremely happy with the venue.

Beautiful little chalet. Had everything youd need, especially your cooking essentials. It got a bit cold in the night but a great touch was heated blankets in the beds. A 10 minute drive to the beach and town center and an asda within 5 minutes. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the box of outdoor toys available to use. Will definitely recommend. Thanks mark

We’d just finished a 2 night stay at this park and wanted to be extend it because our little boy was having such a great time. Jamie’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s in a nice and quiet area of the park with the decking area overlooking the woods which was lovely to wake up to. Our son loved watching the squirrels feeding off the peanuts he’d left out there for them. Jamie provides these for guests and it’s a really nice touch and a great way to keep youngsters entertained. The caravan is spotlessly clean, cosy, modern and comfortable and also very well equipped. This made our stay even more enjoyable and made life easier for 2 exhausted parents! The two nights before our booking were in a similar layout caravan elsewhere on the park however, the double bed was nowhere near as comfortable as what’s in this one. If you like a good nights sleep then you’ll certainly get that here! The main club house is only a short walk away from the van. 10/10 from us!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The caravan was perfect for our family of six, lovely and clean. The location on the site was great, close to the site amenities and still in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Crystal was amazing, friendly and helpful from the day we booked.
