Absolutely fantastic apartment!! We all felt very happy and homely every single moment. It was spotlessly clean. Lots of special touches and attention to detail. We loved our basket filled with biscuits, cakes and nibbles. We loved the modern feel and the shower was amazing. We loved all the board games and spent some quality time together playing games especially uno. It’s close to some some fantastic restaurants and shops. Very quiet location as well. We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

Great weekend stay. Incredible location, amazing sea views, walking distance to lovely local cafes and very handy parking. Flat as described, very clean and all amenities you could need. It is a beautiful old building so a dated interior to be expected, however well kept, with heaters warming the flat quickly and whilst the shower is fiddly to get the right temperature it's very manageable. Would highly recommend. Bethany is a great, friendly host, that was very responsive and helpful.

Hilary is a wonderful host and her communication was brilliant. The apartment is amazing in every way and you couldn't beat the location and views. Everything you could need is provided, plus extra personal touches which make guests feel valued. We would love to come back. Thank you Hilary.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

Self contained, private little annex which was very quiet. Great for extra guests to stay while we have relatives nearby. The Brundall area is lovely with great nature nearby and well connected to Norwich by Brundal Gardens train station Very clean, spotless apartment. Check in was really easy with a key safe

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

This cosy apartment in Koolunga House was the perfect home-from-home for 5-weeks during a local work placement. The location was ideal, far enough away from the business of Great Yarmouth, but close to local shops, food spots and a walk along the river to Gorleston's lovely sandy beach and cliffs - great for coffee and dog spotting! The house has endless character and the balcony was a dreamy escape - both during the day overlooking the lush garden and dragonflies, and in the evenings for spotting stars and fireworks in the distance. The owners and house manager were a message away and really helpful. I would absolutely stay at Koolunga House again if I’m ever back in the area.✨

Really nice flat and spotless clean. Very comfortable with everything you need including several soft towels, a hair dryer, toiletries and well eqipped kitchen. Coffee and Tea was very appreciated. Fantastic host, responding to any questions within seconds. Easy parking. A great base to explore Norfolk and Suffolk. We'll stay there again.

Perfect central location, amazing restaurants on the doorstep and the beach a stones throw away. Given how central it was with another flat above it we found the flat peaceful and enjoyed our weekend away.

A really comfortable and cosy apartment. The city centre is within easy reach and the parking space was a real bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Lovely apartment. Good location for getting around Yarmouth and seeing everything. Parking is secluded and safe. Everything clean and well looked after.

The most relaxing stay, from the friendly and warm greeting to the amazing location. The lodge is amazing, finished to a very high standard, everything you need to lock the world out. Comfy bed, comfy sofa, top kitchen, amazing hot tub. Cannot recommend here enough! We will be going back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor table and chairs

Such a lovely Airbnb in the centre of Holt. Surrounded by great pubs and cafes. The hot tub takes a bit of time to fill but it’s so worth it! This Apartment is now part of the Byfords hotel so make sure you ask them for a free parking permit as we weren’t made aware of this and paid for 24hours parking!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
