Great Yarmouth District : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We had a great few days here in the Easter Holidays, and this has probably been one of our favourite airbnbs that we’ve stayed at. The accommodation was lovely, light, airy and very clean. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were nice. The garden was also quite large with a great view and imagine it would be a nice place to spend time in warmer weather. Location was also great being fairly close to the coast and various attractions as well as having Fakenham only 10 minutes drive away with various supermarkets. Julia was a very responsive host with any messages and we appreciated the cookies and the kids appreciated the sweets that were left out. Overall would highly recommend and would definitely visit again

What a fabulous peaceful location, couldn't see the sea but could hear it at night through the open bedroom window. Excellent instructions book. Great mattresses & John Lewis bedding. Some very taste full artwork on the walls (esp liked the Philip Gardner's). Impressive batterie de cuisine, cutlery, glasses etc. All good quality items.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

We’re just back from a wonderful weekend at Sarah’s. The house itself is clean and cosy, good hot shower and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed Sarah’s treats she had made also. The location of the house is perfect. Southwold is a pretty compact place and everything was walkable from Sarah’s including to the beach. The beach hut was a great bonus and we enjoyed two sunny days there, having a glass of wine and watching the world go by - it was so lovely. I’d highly recommend Sarah’s- we hope to be back!! This is such a lovely house - we had a wonderful stay. The house is five minutes from the pier and beach, and ten minutes walking to some friendly pubs, bakeries and fish and chips. The house is very stylish and very comfortable. We all slept well and enjoyed evenings watching TV after long beach walks. The house has a lovely patio which can be accessed through amazing large patio doors, bringing the outside into the house. Lovely! Emma is an amazing host - she sent over some fab local recommendations and was extremely responsive throughout the booking process. There was also a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. We highly recommend Emma’s house, and we will book again.

One of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed, even smelt nice when we walked in. The location is perfect, 5-10min walk down to the beach and the best unspoiled view over the sea. Sunrise is beautiful. The property is well equipped, comfortable and has all we needed. Would stay again. :)

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is so near the pier and heart of Southwold, it was the perfect location. The apartment was really cosy to unwind after lots of walking, shopping, eating. We did a river boat trip with costal voyager which we would highly recommend doing as well. A lot of other comments mention noise upstairs, however we did not think this was the case at all. The space was lovely for our trip away. Laura was very friendly and accommodating and was brilliant at messaging throughout the trip.

We had a lovely stay at Angie's Airbnb. The location was great, super close to the town and the beach which was perfect for our family stay. Sheringham was a traditional seaside little town which we all enjoyed. We had great weather which also helped! The flat was much bigger than it looked from outside and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us and our dog, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here, and would recommend to friends.

Jody was flexible kind and I loved her can do attitude. She accommodated all our needs and it made for a great stay. We particularly loved exploring which made it easy with all the information left out for us. At a time we needed to feel really looked after we felt Jody was exceptional. We will certainly come back!

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

Carly's flat was the perfect place for a city break. Stunningly decorated, nice and close to the city centre (bus stop was right outside) and easy to get into. Carly was a proactive host and communicated with us prior to the trip about how to get in etc with crystal clear instructions. I would definitely stay again if we end up in Norwich in future; the flat had a gorgeous feel to it! Thank you Carly. :)

A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

Leza is very responsive and friendly, the apartment is trendy and spotless, beds are comfy, two bathrooms. It’s a short walk to town centre yet it’s very quiet and private, the Namaste Indian over on Queens Road is a must. It’s a great base for everything, thank Leza for being a great host.

A beautiful place next to the water in such a peaceful, calm location in Norfolk. A lovely place to relax and take a break. The property was clean and easy to find with the clear instructions received prior to arrival. The pub at the end of the drive is great and the coast wasn't far away by car. Verity communicated well and responded to any messages I had. Thank you again!

We had such an amazing stay here. It was in the perfect area - close enough to the main city but still on a quiet, beautiful street. The place itself was very clean and inviting - we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

Lovely 2 nights at The Annex. Really sweet, well equipped home from home and a gorgeous happy golden retriever next door! We were welcomed with treats for our dog and hotcross buns with butter. On the grounds of the air museum which was a huge bonus as we planned to visit. Will definitely stay again, thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was close to the centre of Cromer and the sea. Emma made us feel welcome. I loved the decor with some of the furniture painted and stenciled by the host. Great to have access to a garden. Parking is on the street and we found space to park ok

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

we arrived early into Cromer and Matthews couldn't have been better! got the place ready to go for when we arrived. the terns tales apartment was home away from home, spotless and always had a cozy warm feeling! The area couldnt have been better, right near the station and right near the seafront. Matthew gave us some great recommendations that we took on board and made our stay even better! 10/10 can't wait to visit again
