A very spacious lovely place to stay. Extremely close to the beach. Hosts were brilliant and friendly. The place needs a little bit of updating but I am still giving a 5 star review because it met our needs perfectly

Brilliant night away. Was very clean and tidy, with great decor. The spa was great, everything worked as it should and was well explained on how to use. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful characterful, peaceful farmhouse in a great location with lots of uncluttered space. Fourteen of us from three generations and a dog stayed three nights for big birthday celebrations. The kitchen was really well equipped with plenty of crocker , cutlery, dishes and glasses etc and we loved using the Aga. The kids loved the pool, which was kept at a great temperature, and the games room. Beds were comfy, and the house was warm. We remembered to bring bath and pool towels as requested but everything for the kitchen was provided. Clair sent all info a couple of days beforehand. We had a really lovely time and made great memories!

We only have good things to say!!! Helen and family were so lovely and welcoming. We felt right at home, and what a gorgeous home! So many thoughtful touches and had everytbing we needed and more!! The sauna and natural pool were great fun, and it was so relaxing to have a fire on in the evening. This was the PERFECT setting for our group holiday (and perfect place for our celebration!). Also we would recommend booking Eva their daughter for a yoga session, it was incredible and very restorative. Have left the holiday feeling very grateful and restored! Thank you!!!

Lavender house was beautiful. Very welcoming, four generations under one roof 6-90yrs! The spa pool was much used especially by the younger generations. The local pub next door was very welcoming by all. Will definitely return Thank you

We wanted a weekend away from the hustle and bustle. Staying here was exactly that. A very informative welcome brochure with very simple check in details. The cottage was exceptional. Very warm even on the coldest nights, and so comfy. It had everything you needed and more. The Spa room was perfect and the hot tub a brilliant way to ease muscles after a long day. It was upto temperature when we got there at just after 4pm which was great with the cold weather. There is a tesco in the next village about 5 mins away if you need anything. All in all a gorgeous stay and will definitely be looking to come back again

We had such a lovely time celebrating my husband’s birthday with friends from all over. Some even drove down to meet us and check out the local pub for the day. Very lovely house with all you could need and more. Heather was very quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations and directions. Easy quick check in and out. Friendly neighbours too. Signal and service was non existent and if the WiFi was down or slow it gave a great chance to sit back enjoy the company and spend time with the people around you. Everyone loved the cold plunge and hot tub. And the dog that came along enjoyed laying in the garden and by the windows soaking up the sun. Very clean place with a huge open space at the back of the cottage. We had a beautiful guest flying around near by - a rare sighting of a beautiful white owl. Very lovely stay!!

Had an absolutely lovely time here, lovely place with a beautiful park nearby and scenic marsh walks. Absolutely would recommend for big groups fit us all perfectly. Neighbours also lovely, no complaints.

What a gem!! Sophia’s house is perfectly placed to walk to everything, the beach, shops, restaurants it was great we didn’t use the car once while we were there. The house itself is great too and gave my teenage daughter some great ideas of how to decorate her room. We loved the sauna what a fantastic addition. Sophia was also great, she managed to have the house ready so we could have an early check in and was always very responsive when I had a query. I would definitely book again
