We have stayed at Angie’s place previously and was so welcoming we booked again. It is ideally situated with free parking and everything on your doorstep. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. All the additional touches were welcomed. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely location and the Swan pub near by, the food is very good with excellent service. The flat is very well equipped with everything you needed for a perfect stay. And tastefully decorated and with lovely furnishings. The attention to detail on what's in the flat is very good. From DVDs, books, puzzle's and the kitchen utensil's. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you David & Ros

We loved our short stay in Sheringham - as others have said in reviews, the photos of Andrew’s place don’t do it justice - it feels more light, airy and spacious than it looked online. Andrew was a fantastic host - there was an issue where the new en suite shower fitting had been delayed, but he contacted us to advise us and to see how we wanted to proceed, offering us a partial refund or to cancel if it was an issue. We totally didn’t mind as the en suite was an extra - there was already a family bathroom which was perfectly usable, but Andrew left us a goodie box of local treats to apologise for the issue - totally not necessary but very much appreciated! Location is fab - super walkable into town, and it was perfect for us and our toddler (we moved a couple of breakables out of reach) - no stairs to worry about. Would definitely come back again for another stay - great place and great host, thank you!

Hilary is a wonderful host and her communication was brilliant. The apartment is amazing in every way and you couldn't beat the location and views. Everything you could need is provided, plus extra personal touches which make guests feel valued. We would love to come back. Thank you Hilary.

Had a lovely 3 nights in Norwich (just before the second lockdown, so great timing!) - the apartment was spotless and in a great location! Really easy to find and parking ideal. Perfect for couples.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

Loved staying here. Small but really cosy and the photos don't do it justice!! Lots of takeaways, pubs and shops on your doorstep. Will 100% book again when we head up this way.

We had a great stay at The Old Village shop, great location to walk to the beach, village pub, playground, Poppy's cafe and a Premier for any groceries. It was all so convenient! We stayed with our two young children and 2 dogs. They all had a wonderful time. The kitchen is small, but very well equipt. everything you could need was there, plus the downstairs toilet/utility room was very handy. The house was clean and well presented, we would like to rebook for another holiday next year.

The home is small but beautiful, "tre chic" very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, would definitely recommend for a short stay or visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's place! The home was in a great location right by the seafront, with just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It was very clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy with Laura and she was responsive to messages. We will look to book here again if we return to Cromer in the future!

Absolutely lovely stay at Beaches Retreat! Great location, very quiet but close enough to Cromer. Spacious apartment, modern design with comfortable living space, bedrooms and amazing kitchen. Wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Scott is a very friendly host. He is also very responsive to communication. I found his place very cosy, clean and above all there was no noise from other neighbours so you're assured a good night's rest 😁. I didn't have time to explore the town centre as I came in for work but Scott had a directory for places to go which would be helpful. I would definitely lstay again at Scott's cosy apartment if I was in Norwich again.

This is the second time we have stayed in Helen’s place ( for good reason- is excellent!). Absolutely immaculate, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Helen was always responsive to any queries. Great location in centre of Stalham- highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of Leza's apartment is perfect, with so much to do within walking distance; great pubs, restaurants, shopping, historic buildings and wildlife. Norwich really does have so much to offer. The apartment is lovely; very well equipped, extremely comfortable beds, great quality bedding, and some impressive artwork. The decor of the downstairs bedrooms and shower rooms gives a luxury hotel feel. Although close to the buzz of the city streets, it is very peaceful in the apartment. We felt instantly at home, and were very sad to leave. We would highly recommend a city break in Leza's accommodation, and very much hope to return again ourselves.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. It was warm/cosy and finished to a very high standard. The host was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend.

The Top Deck is really great! Fantastic location and has everything you need. The walk to Holkham is worth it to see the deer and the grounds. Good home cooked food at Ollie’s (fish pie 😋) and at the Bowling Green Inn. Candice & Robert were so helpful. We will be back for sure

Patricia’s place was absolutely stunning!! It was well located - close to the supermarket, bakeries and the beach. The views from the kitchen/living room were gorgeous and made it that much more magical. The pictures don’t do it justice!! Highly recommend 😊😊
