I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

it was my first experience using Airbnb, and it was more amazing than expected. Beautiful garden & nice interior. Moreover, It had a lot of kitchen tools, so we could enjoy cooking and had relaxing times like residences. Thank you so much, Janine. We would like to stay again!

Charlotte was a fantastic host, who provided clear and concise instructions. She was very responsive and is a fantastic host. The Apartment is situated in a great spot, very close to the Chadstone Shopping centre and local eateries.

upon entrance to the building noticed immediately it was very secure we made our way up to unit entered to breathtaking view of the ocean off the main balcony and then noticed all 3 bedrooms had same views. the unit itself was very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and linens and reclining couches in living room and an extra large tv to view at night. extremely convenient washer and dryer in main bathroom and all bedrooms had automatic room darkening blinds. the amenities on 9th floor were great to have use of. Ample parking was easy and 2 spaces available. The library on main floor has great books. Would highly recommend booking unit if in Frankston area. One small glitch was off sight pick up for key for someone not familiar with area thus may be confusing

From the moment we stepped in to Lisa’s house it felt like a home from home. Absolutely spotless, great views from the lounge window, close to the train station for getting in to the city. Also the little touches like leaving us a bottle of milk and sweet treats after 48hrs of travelling were very well received. I wish we could have stayed longer. Lisa was so friendly and helpful, met us at the property for check in and even checked during our stay to make sure we had no problems. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Melbourne without the hassle of being in the city.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Access via a key safe made getting in easy. It’s on the ground floor with its own little front yard. Direct access to the street meant we didn’t have to walk through the building to get in and out. Directly over the street is a shopping centre with a big Woolworths, butcher, greengrocer etc plus a street of restaurants (and a tavern) many of which are open late. We thoroughly recommend the Mexican.

Kylie’s place was a great stay at my time here in Melbourne. I was blown away with all the amenities available in the Airbnb. Really loved how well stocked the kitchen and bathroom was. I would recommend this place for anyone :)

We had a great stay, lovely house with everything we needed. Clean and well maintained. Football oval and playground in walking distance, shops very quick drive. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time, the property manager s lovely and has all the required necessities! Close to the beach and town with access to restaurants and cafes. Our family truly enjoyed our getaway and the property made it even better. Thank you David and co for your assistance throughout our stay.

Alise was so nice and friendly and easy to communicate. And place was really nice because I had a big crew we were there for work so we needed big space and Alise places were perfect for us.

Our stay at Artemisa and Scott’s was perfect. Modern, neat, clean and well appointed, we felt at home instantly. The communication and guidance from our wonderful hosts was spot on, timely, clear and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Artemisa more highly as a helpful and friendly host. We enjoyed a great stay at Adam's place in Hawthorn East. Great to have onsite parking, a good balcony with table and chairs, and pet friendly!! Well equipped, comfortably furnished, good mattresses. The kitchen was great with an amazing array of implements, cookware, glasses, dishes etc, plus the pantry had more than we expected. Easy to operate smart tv provided entertainment and AC worked well. We used the washer/dryer and dishwasher and had a belated Christmas breakfast with our adult daughter. We will definitely book to stay again, it felt like our home away from home.

Kristina was an excellent host, pleasant and helpful.The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you would need for short and long stay, particularly well equipped for long stay with extra bedding and towels. We loved staying there, enjoyed the eclectic decor
