The cottage is small but very comfortable with a very comfortable hanging out area. There is no enclosed backyard so may be not stress free if you have very small children but for us it was perfect. It is cozy , has all you need. Julie was very responsive. The location is fabulous. Walk to the beach and the promenade where the stores and restaurants are. Off street parking. Only one thing I would improve is to get a wifi connection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Kerleys was flexible and friendly to deal with. Suited us very well, was clean and we would be happy to rent again.

One of the nicest airbnb I’ve stayed at! I highly value spaciousness and a kitchen well stocked with kitchen appliances, as cooking healthy meals while on the go is a priority for me. Loved our stay, neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Bed linens were high quality and the little touches made it feel homey.

Great place to stay. Location is fantastic and beautiful natural light throughout the house itself. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.

If you are looking for a place to stay and you care about the cleanliness of the place look no further I’m a little ocd and the place was perfect , kitchen was great, good backyard space for the kids , wifi good connection two bathrooms and two toilets it was honestly amazing!

We had a great stay at Anne’s beach house. We stayed for 3 days over new years with our family of 5 plus a friend. The house functioned well for us all. Walking distance to the Queenscliff shops and beach food kiosk (which is yum!). It was great to be able to stay for a shorter stay over the busy period. I would highly recommend Anne’s place.

Perfectly situated within an easy walk to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. Very private property which was peaceful and quiet. Well appointed furnishings and decoration. A well thought out space! All the amenities you could hope for, as well as a well stocked kitchen with basic pantry items. Had a minor issue within the first few days which was swiftly dealt with. Marina was exceptionally accommodating and friendly to deal with. We will use this rental company again 100%!

Place was Awesome! Great outdoor area to eat or hang out. Very clean place with exceptional amenities. Very easy and useful check in and check out instructions and overall a very friendly and proactive owner!

Had a great stay at Robyn's with the family. Exactly as described and located in a quiet yet elevated spot in Ocean Grove. We'll stocked and felt right at home. Robyn is a great host, best I've come across. All expectations were surpassed, will definitely stay again. Thanks Robyn, 5 stars from all of us 😊

Ric’s house is a top class residence furnished to a very high standard. It is in a beautiful location beside a waterside walk. The house had been well cleaned and prepared for us and the attention to small details was exemplary. The back garden has a very well constructed deck and high quality garden furniture - just a great place to sit and relax a little. Ric is very responsive in terms of communication and does so on a very pleasant manner. Ocean Grove and Barwon Head are now my favourite places in Australia and it will be lovely to return one day. Thanks Ric, outstanding.

David was friendly and easy to communicate with. Gave lots of great local recommendations. The home was spotlessly clean and very homely and comfortable. A wonderful way to spend a weekend. Would highly recommend to others. Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants within metres.

Jodie & Brenton's house is beautiful, every single piece of furniture and the paintings they have selected are outstanding. It made us feel at home. They were very kind to leave a welcome basket for us. Everything you need for day to day life was there in the house, they were so mindful of the little things you need, the house was clean and spotless. Jodie had also messaged me about what's on in the area so we can plan our stay. It was the best experience we have had out of all the Airbnb's we have ever stayed.

Fantastic location & great house to rent … linen supplied ( even better ) we will definitely rent this house again . Walking distance to everything & secure yard for my little dog . House was very clean & neat & tidy . Emma

Our host was amazing, flexible and accommodating. The house was like home, small yet organised so you could find everything and not feel cramped up. The kitchen had enough space and appliances to prep food for lunch and dinner for a family of four, and we sat at the dining table for meals and board games. There are two nice outdoor areas to sit for a coffee and relax. Walking distance to the shops and the beach, which was great during the hot days when the car parks get full. Perfect summer get away if you don't mind a crowd at the beach.

Very comfortable house in great location. Well appointed, spacious, comfortable beds, clean and tidy! Definitely provided us with everything we needed for our family to stay in Barwon Heads for a long weekend getaway. Great hosts - highly recommend!

It was a pleasure staying at James' place. Right from the outset he was welcoming, and extremely helpful in recommending things to do, as we had our grandchildren with us. He communicated with us regularly and promptly. The home was ideal for our needs and extremely well located. We'd happily stay there again.

This place is even more incredible than advertised, super impressive open space downstairs, cozy and luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

We stayed at Stephen’s place for a long weekend away and the house is great. We instantly felt home, the heating works great and everything else is just right. Definitely recommend it for families.

We loved our stay. Everything was there that we needed. Judi was able to let us check in early and check out late. The house was super clean. Had everything for a little kid. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved the house! Had such a nice time relaxing in the back yard and the lounge room was so great and inviting. Beds were comfy and all bedding was good quality. The house had everything we needed. We would recommend!
