Absolutely lovely view, Cozy place to stay. We thought the added little extras like breakfast/biscuits/tea/coffee were really sweet and having a face to face visit from the host to explain things to do in the area and see how we were getting on was such a lovely touch. It's also very appreciated that pets are allowed and it meant our holiday could be shared with our furry friends. On a final note we unfortunately suffered a bereavement of one of our fuzzy friends and the hosts could not have been more sweet, helpful or understanding even allowing us to lay them to rest in their beautiful grounds. Absolutely lovely would happily stay again!

Nigel was very welcoming even had a bottle of prosecco and a card because we were celebrating our wedding renewal. The cabin was immaculate everything had be thought of it was very luxurious would definately recommend staying here

Beautiful location, lodge was stunning hiden away lovely peaceful, very clean hottub was great we had slippers and dressing gowns on arrival and snack box and tea and coffe would highly recommend

Myself and my partner were coming up to Manchester for a concert and needed a place to stay, quite last minute. Lucy agreed to an early check-in which helped massively after the long drive, she ran us through how everything works and then later on came and made the bed up for us as we were going out for the evening. Great communication, so lovely and welcoming. Tea, coffee and water was all left for us to use, the place looked just like the photos and was super cosy! Highly recommend Lucy and this Airbnb, we will definitely be coming back again.

We were looking for somewhere to stay in walking distance from the centre of Marsden. A Place in the Pennines fitted the bill perfectly. Hannah has made use of every inch of the cabin to provide comfort and convenience. We only stayed for one night but would definitely return. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for some peace and tranquility but with access to a great village and places of interest.

Idilc Getaway - Felt homely. Short walk (<15min) from Station and Centre of Marsden. Great Café across the canal. Not awfully secluded, lots of walkers passing by. While no balcony like others, made up for by big spacious windows. Space for Car Parking on site. Pre-made Fire and Flowers are lovely touches, besides very minor cleaning oversights that didn’t interfere, great place, sleeping 4 would be a squeeze for 1

We've been a few times to the cabin, and honestly, it feels like a home from home. It's cosy, private, and has a few lovely walks. Thanks for having us for another year!

Gorgeous place to stay, very good for the price. Provided things for hot drinks, cereal, snacks, they even treated us to a late check out which we really appreciated in the morning!

Nicky was an excellent host. When we arrived he had saved us a car parking space. He welcomed us into our accommodation and took the time to show us round. He explained where everything was, and he had left us milk in the fridge and tea and coffee , there were also toiletries in the bathroom The whole place was pristine , spotlessly clean and well cared for. The location was ideal. No more than 5 minutes easy walk to the village . We are hoping to stay again , we loved it there.
