Managed to book this apartment last minute as our other one got cancelled. Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and in a great location. 10 minutes walk to factory international which is where our event was at. The beds were super comfy best night sleep we’ve had in ages!! Calum the host was very helpful and responsive and made sure our stay was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend, great value for money and will be using the host to book other apartments in the future. 10/10

The place was exactly as described and very close to the airport. Hosts were responsive. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this for anyone looking for a clean, quiet and spacious place to stay in Manchester.

Nice and simple apartment great for working away, the host is very friendly and helpful few small issues but took our advise as guests I trust will be a simple stay for any future guests

Jason is an excellent host, he sent a very good video with clear instructions showing the location and how to enter the building. He was proactive in getting in touch to make sure the instructions were clear and that I had checked in without any issue. The flat had everything I needed for a short stay, was very clean and comfortable. The flat is handily located very close to the Weaste tram stop and a short trip or 20-25 minute walk from Media City. It takes 30 - 40 minutes by tram to reach the city centre. The flat comes with free parking if arriving by car. The flat was very quiet, the bed extremely comfortable and I had an excellent night’s sleep as a result.

Es hatte eine SEHR tolle Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war auch top und die Zimmer auch sauber. Zu Fuß konnte man schnell ins Zentrum, sodass man nicht mit der Bahn oder dem Auto wohin fahren muss. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns beim Check-in direkt geholfen. Ich empfehle allen die Unterkunft!!!

Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

For the money, it was excellent, host was very responsive, heating and tv issues, but nothing major and so handy for the city centre

Nice place to stay if visiting Manchester . Hot tub and pool table was the best part of the house. Nice and clean and host was very good at communication . Would recommend .

From the moment we booked Lauren was so helpful and very welcoming. When we arrived at the accommodation Lauren welcomed us and made sure we were happy with everything, everything was perfect. Throughout are stay Lauren was always a message away for any help we needed. The house was so clean and perfect, has everything you need when staying away. The location is so close to train station and bus depot. Beautiful house in a perfect location, with an amazing host.

The house was amazing! The garden was lovely, everything was clean and we had a great stay. The lounge is very comfortable with a huge tv! The house had all of the amenities we required, check in was simple and the host was fantastic. Close to the city centre but still in a quiet neighbourhood. A member of our group even left a necklace at the house and Arjel has been extremely helpful, managing to find the necklace and is currently in the process of returning it to us. Would definitely stay here again and would recommended staying here!

Fantastic place to stay, house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and clean linen. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with all requests. Would recommend this property to anybody. Only downside if there could be any at all, the parking isn’t allocated and we had to park a fair walk down the road, but this was just a minor thing and was fine for us to walk, but if there’s any mobility issues for a guest, it may be a slight problem. But overall this place was fantastic and would 100% use again if revisiting Manchester area.

The apartment was more than expected for size and functionality. It had everything we needed for a short stay! The location is great.

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

Amy is the greatest and her place is unreal! We felt so at home even though we were on the other side of the globe. She is so responsive, friendly and helpful and embodies the fun energy and vibrancy of Manchester. Amy's place is in a very central and easily walkable location and had all the creature comforts we could have hoped for and more. We were so sad to leave and already can't wait to be back!

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

Staying at Wayne’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at home. Wayne is such a friendly and welcoming host, always happy to chat and offer helpful advice. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and perfectly located near the city centre, making it super easy to get around. But the real highlight? Wayne’s incredibly friendly dog! Such a lovely, well-behaved companion who made the stay even more special. If you’re a dog lover, you’re in for a treat! If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish place with a fantastic host (and an adorable furry friend), this is the perfect choice. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
