We were going to a concert with our daughters to the COOPlive arena. The location was perfect for walking to the venue (not so much after a night wearing heels!). Chindo's description was accurate There was a Tesco close. The sat nav did take us to a few different places which was a little confusing, however, Chindo arrived and showed us where to park and was very quick to respond with our queries. All in all a great little spot for us.

close to city centre and nice big spaces and rooms. bathrooms on every floor with modern stand in showers. plenty of utensils and cutlery. towels in every room and bathroom.

Really friendly host couldn’t fault Pendrose as all absolutely lovely person and the Airbnb was perfect and everything needed was provided

öncelikle Fabiola müthiş biri. dost canlısı,kibar, rahat iletişim kurabileceğiniz birisi. evin yeri ise her türlü toplu ulaşım aracı ile her yerden çok kolay. princess street e toplu ulaşımla (yürüme dahil) yarım saat. taksi ile sadece 7-8 dakika. old trafford stadyumuna yürüyerek 20 dakika ve güzergah çok temiz. yürümenizi tavsiye ederim. tekrar Manchester'a gelirsem konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer ve ev sahibi :) teşekkürler Fabiola

Amazing stay over the bank holiday weekend. Perfect home for the 4 guests had everything we needed and more. Perfectly clean throughout and an ideal location. Would more than happily come back :)

Nyree and Jonathan are truly exceptional hosts—warm, kind, and always attentive to every detail. They genuinely care about their guests and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, checking in to see if I needed anything, or simply sharing friendly conversations, their hospitality was outstanding.

A very stylish and comfortable home with a lovely host. Great location with easy transport options. An added bonus is the 2 very sweet and affectionate cats.

This home was absolutely unreal! Me and my friends loved every minute spent here.

Charis was a fantastic host and the house was exactly as described. We enjoyed staying at the property. There was a small issue with the travel cot which Charis rectified immediately. The guide book that Charis had made was so helpful for local places to visit and eat. If we are ever back in Manchester we will stay again.

10/10 I recommend !! Entertainment all around the house (multiple TV’s , pool table , Alexa , Art bords etc etc… But most important it’s very clean and cozy.

Perfect room, perfect hosts, perfect location! I stayed at Jackie and Will's for a month whilst searching for somewhere permanent, and I could not have asked for more. The room was comfortable, cosy and perfect for working from home too. Jackie and Will were so accommodating—warm, chatty, but also gave me my own space and time to cook/eat in the kitchen. I'll miss staying here. Thank you for making my move to Manchester so easy!

The house was perfect with everything you could need for a stay away (including kids toys). Everywhere was spotless and it felt really homely and comfortable. Fabulous place. The host was also very responsive and offered recommendations. Clear instructions on how to get there. Amazing

Serge was an extremely kind and proactive host, certainly the nicest we’ve encountered and we use air BnB often. The house was so spacious and all the amenities worked perfectly, the beds were cosy and everything was easy to find.

My partner and I stayed at Gavin’s for a week. His place was clean and well equipped. It was located in a peaceful area yet well situated, only a short walk to the train station and city centre. Gavin was also considerate and helpful. We highly recommend Gavin’s place and would love to come back next time we are in Manchester.
