This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

We had a great stay! Any fisherman looking to go fish the bay of quinty i strongly recommend looking into kim place! We were able to walk out the door straight onto our boat at kims dock and be fishing within minutes! Tim horton and bait shop are just around the corner

We absolutely loved our stay. Rebecca was kind, helpful and just a great person! Her place felt like an escape, on an island between 🇺🇸 and 🇨🇦. The dock was just lovely. Will definitely be planning another stay

It was such a nice apartment, and neat that it was above the Thai restaurant. There was live music in the unit next door but we couldn’t hear it when our door was closed so it wasn’t an issue. The space is large and bright and clean. We loved getting reservations at Wooden Heads right across the street and then grabbed gelato next door before crossing the street back to the apartment, so convenient! We’d definitely book again the next time we’re in Kingston!

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

My mom and her husband stayed in Christina’s beautiful home. They had nothing but great things to say! It was super clean, peaceful, and the view from the balcony is breath taking. She made multiple comments on how comfy the bed was too; one of her best sleeps in a long time. Christina is super quick to respond and such a great host. I have stayed in Christina’s place in the past and knew it would be perfect for my mom’s stay. Looking forward to booking here again in the future.

We hosted some family at this space for a great weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The space was impeccably clean and well-prepared, offering serene and tranquil views that made for a relaxing time. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking and prepping meals for our large group. The dining area was rustic and peaceful, and the deck with the grill was an ideal spot to enjoy drinks and evening barbecues. We had everything we needed, and the location was central enough to be convenient for site visits in PEC while still providing the peace and tranquility we desired.

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. Great setting on the beach. This was a winter stay for us so the coastline was very dramatic. We felt very peaceful there. The stars were some of the brightest we've ever seen. The house is clean and spacious with everything you need. Lots of comfy places to hang out! Thanks Douglas :)

Our second time staying with Jenny, just as good as the first! Perfect house for large groups. Jenny is great to deal with and always quick to respond. Great location if you would like to stay close to PEC.

This cottage is absolutely stunning. Tons of space, very clean and clearly well taken care of. The views of the water are beautiful from the first floor and upper two bedrooms. The beds and duvets were extremely comfortable and lovely, with blackout curtains in each room and two bedrooms having king size beds. We honestly all slept better than we would have at any hotel. As someone who rarely gets a good sleep when not at home, I was really impressed with just how comfortable I was! The kitchen boasts a huge dinning room table that made it easy for us all to sit together and enjoy each other’s company, while the living room also had tons of space to play games and have fun. The bathrooms were immaculate, with gorgeous tile and a massive shower that had great pressure and lasting hot water. Jon was extremely great to work with as well. He was readily available whenever I texted or called him, was incredibly kind and accommodating even with some last minute changes. Amazing host!

had a great stay at the Fitzroy Lakehouse. The lakeview, furnishings, amenities made for a very relaxing relaxing trip. the hosts have thought of everything you could need.
