Gute Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung. Einzig die vielen Treppen sind etwas anstrengend.

Domek bardzo ładny w pięknej okolicy. Dookoła lasy i jeziora. Domek czysty i przytulny. Dobrze wyposażony. Jedyny minus to bliskość domu gospodarzy. Zaskoczyło nas to. Byliśmy z psami i szukaliśmy domu z większą prywatnością.

Great place for a great price. The apartment is tidy, has all of the necessary amenities and equipment and is nicely furnished and decorated. The host was also very kind and helpful!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym studio. Gospodarz udostępnił dodatkowy komplet pościeli oraz ręczników. Do dyspozycji była maszyna do espresso dobrej jakości, różne gatunki dobrej jakości herbat z lokalnej herbaciarni, mleko do kawy oraz płatki śniadaniowe. Brakowało mi jedynie papierowego ręcznika, więc skorzystałam w kuchni z zapasowego ręcznika. W mieszkaniu miałam dość dyspozycji pralkę, rozkładaną suszarkę na pranie, żelazko i deskę do prasowania. Duży plus za mega wygodny materac. Lokalizacja była idealna, jak dla kogoś, kto chce korzystać z uroków mieszkania w samym sercu miasta. Z łatwością mogłam też dijechać syamtąd na lotnisko korzystając z komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i posiada prawie wszystko, co niezbędny by pobyt w nim był udany. Mankamentem była foto komórka w korytarzu prowadzącym bezpośrednio z drzwi mieszkania - umiejscowienie dodatkowej bezpośrednio przy drzwiach do mieszkania byłoby dodatkowym atutem.

Definitely recommend this place. Big house with beautiful territory, located far from neighbors. There are all the amenities to make barbecue and have a good time

Super Unterkunft in toller Lage. Der Gastgeber wohnt nahe gelegen, wodurch Kommunikation und Servive sehr gut waren. Trotzdem hat man auf dem ganzen Grundstück immer seine Privatsphäre. Wir hatten keine nennenswerten Kritikpunkte und waren rundum zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung, vor allem für den Preis.

I had an incredible stay at Kasprzaka Cozy Apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location was perfect—close to public transportation, great restaurants, and local attractions. The host was fantastic - friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I truly felt at home. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Poznań!

We always love staying here. This is our third extended stay here, for a total of over 6 months in this apartment, and it is the perfect home-from-home for a family of 4, who is used to a Texas-sized house. Magdalena is the ideal host. If any issues ever arise, she is immediately responsive, kind, and helpful. The living room and kitchen feel spacious and give the kids plenty of play area. We are in a lively, vibrant part of the city, so it's not silent at night, but double-glazed windows keep our most of the noise, and the blackout curtains do a great job of keeping the rooms nice and dark. During the day and evening, we're a minute's walk from many great bars and restaurants and less than 10 minutes' walk from Market Square. And the air-conditioning is an absolute godsend in these recent European heatwaves. This is our go-to place every summer, and it will be again if we have the pleasure of returning to Wroclaw. It's a privilege to be here in this wonderful apartment!
