I had an incredible stay at this vintage apartment in Skopje! The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to the City Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Parking right in front of the house was a huge bonus, especially in a busy area like this. The apartment itself was charming, beautifully decorated with a cozy retro vibe, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The best part of my experience was the host, Viktor. He was amazing — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopje and will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Five stars all the way!

5 gece 6 gün konakladık. Kendi ve kocası bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kocası hem ev konusunda hem şehirde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde bize tavsiye verdi ve farklı ülkeler de görebilmemizi sağladı. Ev gayet sıcaktı. Odalar çok rahattı. Çevre çok sakindi hiç insan etkileşimi kurmadık. Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk sürdü ve hiç otobüse binmemize gerek kalmadı hep geze geze yürüdük.

Müstakil evlerin bulunduğu sakin bir mahalle. Merkeze araç ile 8/10 dk mesafesi var. Sıcak su ve oda sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi. İçeriye ayakkabısız giriliyor. Gayet memnun kaldık.

Super séjour ! Marija et son conjoint ont été très flexible sur notre arrivée et très accueillant. Les installations extérieures sont très fonctionnelles et agréables à utiliser. L’intérieur est rudimentaire mais tout l’essentiel est là. La clim est un vrai plus ! L’environnement est plutôt calme et paisible. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Das Haus liegt 25 Gehminuten von Stadtkern entfernt, bei gutem Wetter kann man den Weg gut zu Fuß zurücklegen. Wir kamen etwas vor Check In an und durften dennoch in das Haus, was uns sehr geholfen hat um den Tag noch bestmöglich zu nutzen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Im Sommer bietet es viele Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und man kann Abends gemütlich zusammensitzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße aus Wattenscheid!

Ana and her friend were very friendly and helpful. They answered very quickly and helped us with booking a taxi. Very good hosts. At the airport the taxis want to have 2000 mkd (~32€) for a ride to the apartment. For the way back after our holidays Ana booked a taxi for us which was only 1000 mkd. The self check-in was easy and flexible. Directly next to the apartment there is a small shop for food and drinks. In the area there is not very much, but very lovely local restaurants and some bars in 10 minutes walking distance. From the apartment you can walk to a park (behind the zoo), to the river or of course to the city centre. We spent the days in the city centre (lots of hours) but were happy with the apartment in this small lovely area outside of the city centre away from all the tourist restaurants. The beds (4 in total for 5-6 people) are not very comfortable. For shorts nights after some beers it was okay, maybe not good enough for people who get hurt in the back easily.

Beautiful place, spectacularly clean! Great for four people needing two beds. Linens soft and comfortable. Host waited for us even though our arrival was later than expected. Enjoyed our stay very much and having morning coffee on the patio was a nice to start our day.

kışın gidecekler için evde ısınma sorunu var.Elektrikli ısıtıcılar içerisini ısıtmada çok yetersiz.Üst kattaki ısıtıcılar çalışıyor ama hiç etkisi olmuyor. Ev genel olarak soğuktu geri kalan herşey güzeldi ama ısınma büyük bir sorun.

We stayed in this spacious apartment for 3 nights, which was perfect for the three of us. The balconies provided plenty of sunlight and a view of the Millennium Cross on clear days. Vladimir was very responsive and allowed us to meet up earlier than the check-in time. Parking is available within the compound with key access, but please note that it is not a dedicated spot. The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to Macedonia Square. However, be aware that the address provided on Airbnb is incorrect. The apartment features strong AC units in both the main bedroom and living room. A space heater is also available in the smaller room. One thing to note is that, as others have mentioned, the shower didn’t have a handle. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher. A washer with detergent was available in the bathroom. Although the furniture was a bit worn and the decors were IKEA-ish, we would recommend this apartment for your visit to Skopje!

The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood that still offered easy access to everything I needed. It was a perfect balance of calm and convenience. I found the area to be incredibly safe and well-equipped with local amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful stay in Skopje. The owner's exceptional hospitality truly made this trip memorable.

Філіпп був ввічливим та вчасно відповідав на повідомлення .Квартира комфортна та тепла,чудово підходить для сімейних пар .Рекомендую придбати в помешкання ,ще один бокал для вина ,тому що ми знайшли лише один .З задоволенням повернемося знову у помешкання Філіпа.

I had a fantastic stay at Vasko's place, friendly, responsive and all around great host. Apartment was clean and very close to a number of restaurants and literally around the corner from a well stocked grocery store. About a 30 minute walk into all the attractions of the city center as well. Definetly recommend a short or long stay with Vasko! Thanks again!

Amazing apartment and amazing hosts. Great location near to river and Capitol mall. Lots of cafes and bars around the area but also a very quiet apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly decorated with everything working perfectly. Perfect experience.
